Eric and his crew did a fantastic job . They cleaned my gutters along with mowing removing and mulching my leaves. They are very professional and polite and would highly recommend them!

I called Premier in September after returning home from vegas. I had started mowing my lawn and one of my blades broke on a rock. I had multiple family members coming into town the next day and to say my yard was looking bad would be an understatement. I called the owner of Premier and explained the situation. He assured me he would have a guy out to me in the morning.

The next morning I heard them arrive about 830. I went out and spoke with the worker and was very surprised when I found out it was the owner. He told me he had to send the guy who was going to mow to help with a landscaping job in Kansas City for the day. However he wanted to make sure he still took care of my issue.

That type of customer service is something all business should strive for. I believe some companies might have even canceled on me due to how small my job was compared to a big landscaping job. Instead the owner showed up and made sure it was done right.

I will use Premier again in the future for tree removal, leveling a few areas in my yard, and redoing my paver patio. All due to how great the customer service was.

You have saved the worry for me of my husband cutting the grass. Thank You for that. Also you cleaned the gutters for us, and well this job was done sooo fast maybe ten minutes, and was done to soon. More leaves came down and we would not pay $175 again. This was pricey to me for what we got.

I recently had hip replacement surgery and with the upcoming snow storm I was unsure how I would be able to clear my driveway. I had received an email from Premier a few days prior about scheduling for the sessions lawn service. I took a gamble and called them hoping they would be able to add me to their snow removal list, and luckily, they were able to assist me and did a great job.

Premier Lawn Service always comes through for us. We have used them previously to clean out our overgrown weed infested flower garden, installed a French drain and took out an ugly wall and laid sod. While out of town, I called them last minute and they were able to fit me into their schedule that week ams the following to have my lawn mowed. Eric is very responsive, kind and professional. Premier Lawn is who I will be contacting for all of my lawn needs! Thank you!

Premier Lawn did a great job with my landscaping. They cleaned up the flower beds, added weed control fabric, edging and rocks. The final result looks so good. They were quick, responsive, and easy to work with.

Premier Lawn Service was responsive starting with the first call we placed to them. Offered design options for a couple areas, provided a timely/competitive bid, followed up, and showed up to do the work as per the agreed upon schedule. I contacted Premier to put down new mulch. While getting the bid for the mulch Eric spoke to me about some tree trimming and removing a bush. I hired them to do the mulch, trees and bush removal. They did a great job and cleaned after the job was done. While I spoke to them they were extremely professional. I plan on hiring them to mow my grass and take care of any outdoor needs. As always, I am quite pleased with the work this company did for us. Service was provided two weeks ahead of schedule and was reasonably priced. Everyone I have dealt with at this company has been a pleasure to work with. And I was especially impressed when they didn't take advantage of Covid or the war in Ukraine to raise their rates like every other business seems to be doing.

This is the second season using this company. The first season was excellent work. So far this season my yard has looked like a 10 year old kid has been mowing it. Large clumps of grass clippings left in the front and back yards. Unacceptable work for $200 a month. I’ve communicated this to the company and was told this wouldn’t happen again. It’s now happened a second time in a row this season. I’ll be searching for a new company.

I contacted Premier because they’re a local business. Eric was responsive, on time, and let me know about a schedule change. He came up with a great landscaping plan, as I had no ideas. The 2 guys who came to do the installation were polite and knowledgeable. I will use this company for further work and highly recommend them.

I love the lawn maintenance. They do a really good job. However, I also have snow removal. I was charged for snow removal on 01/02/2022 and it was not done as of 5:45 pm on that day. I called and emailed when I got my invoice, but have not received any correspondence at this time. I would have given 5 stars if there was timely communication.

Eric and his crew have been great both times I have used Premier Lawn Services! Eric is responsive with coming out to see what needs to be done; quotes are received quickly and the rates are fair for the amount of work done. I will have them back again in the future!!

When my current lawn cutting provider decided to focus more on home renovations, they transferred their accounts to Premier Lawn and I was contacted right away. Premier was professional and they keep customers informed. I highly recommend them!
