Absolutely do not recommend! They gave us a bid on our new construction home and after the ground rough and us paying 30% Jesse told me he bid it as a "spec" home even though we had discussions about the finishes I wanted as well as the blueprints obviously being custom. He upped his bid by over $4000 stating an increase in fitting prices and the "upgraded" finishes. We agreed and moved forward so we didn't lose anymore time. During rough in they repeatedly put us off and wanted paid before any work was done in the basement. They tried to get away with not pressure testing amongst other things. I'm assuming because we're in the county they thought they could get away with it. Flash forward to the finish and already having been paid 90% and Jesse didn't respond to my texts, calls, or emails. I finally had my husband call which he answered and told him to call his dad (Toby). We got ahold of him and he told us for over a month that he'd be out to finish. He came 2 times for maybe an hour each time. Put in cheap fixtures even after the "upgrade" charge. Then kept telling us he'd be back to finish, but never came. We finally asked if we should just get someone else to which he said yes that'd be a good idea since him and his son had to take other jobs. We told him we should be reimbursed for the rough in that wasn't finished and he said he'd come finish that. When asked when we never got a response. We've had to hire someone new and turns out they plumbed quite a few things weirdly or incorrectly. So on top of the time they've cost us we're out nore money than we should be. Assuming they're still in business I'd steer clear.
