We have worked with Romani Construction for over 14 years and have been extremely satisfied. With the strong storms, high winds and unpredictable weather we have needed roofing service at the same time almost everyone in the State needs service. They have always been timely and professional. Owner Adib Michael and his crew gave us more than our money’s worth on the roofing job he did for us. First of all in the middle of the process he enthusiastically agreed to open the roof and blow insulation in at a more than economical price. His crew was very hard working and pleasant to a man while working in nearly 100 degree heat. His crew chief Hector and the crew showed complete competence on the job. And Adib insisted on doing the job according to code when I, the owner, was thinking of cutting corners. Impressive! Romani also did some concrete work for me and was very attentive to the details to maintain proper water drainage. Adib listens.
I would hire Romani for any job he says he’ll do.

Romani Construction recently completed a very difficult structural repair project for us and did an excellent job. We needed some work done to a house that had been neglected for some time and Adib Michael from Romani Construction was recommended to us by the structural engineer who had looked at the house and made the structural repair recommendations. The house had settled and needed major foundation work and structural repairs. Adib provided a reasonable quote and completed the work as promised while following the structural engineers specifications. We highly recommend Adib with Romani Construction and we plan to hire them again, if needed.

Romani Construction, besides doing a fantastic job on our massive project, has proven to be one of the most reliable contractors we have used. They also stand behind their craftsmanship. We have an apt. Complex that had a roof leak around a brick chimney. We were very frustrated as we had several roofers attempt to repair it, but with no success. Everytime it rained it would damage the sheetrock. We finally contacted Michael at Romani construction from a recommendation. He came out and looked at and told us what needed to be done. Which made sense to us after looking at the pictures he took to show us. So we agreed and he got right to work on. We have never had another problem with it. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

I had a driveway redo a year or so ago and it still looks great. I got lots of compliments on it from my neighbors. Concrete workers were very knowledgeable. They made suggestions on how to do the installation so the concrete holds up better as my driveway is not on a flat surface. The picture was taken just after it was poured. Beautiful then beautiful now. No cracks,

We are repeat customers, two bathrooms, living room with built in cabinets and shelving, new hardwood flooring, complete office remodel with floating shelves, rollout drawers in bottom cabinets, moveable shelf for chord piano using appliance caddy, computer center with raised monitor shelf and custom keyboard shelf, hall laundry closet doors,install three exterior doors. I am super picky and they are amazingly creative. Worth the wait for a job done exceedingly well.

FHT did a full re-model on our kitchen and their work is incredible. From their “in house staff” to the contractors working in their name, The Farha team did an outstanding job for us. I can recommend the FHT team whole-heartedly!

In 2017 we had FHT remodel our master bath. One of the most important criteria we were after was a contractor that had experience with one of two shower waterproofing methods. The reason this was so important was because we had a leak in our shower that leaked into the ceiling below and that was the reason we decided to remodel. The waterproofing method was in fact our #1 screening criteria.
When we Interviewed contractors and asked how they intended to waterproof the shower, if they didn’t provide one of the methods we wanted, they were out. Early on we did ask a couple of them if they were familiar with these methods and a couple said they had heard of them and that it wouldn’t be a problem, they’d figure it out...not on my dime!
When we asked Geremy at FHT this question, his first answer was one of the methods and it was clear immediately that he knew what he was talking about. It only got better from there.
I inspected every detail of the remodel and I can tell you, they did everything correct from beginning to end. We made it very clear in the beginning that we would not compromise on anything, and that we were crazy about tiles lining up perfectly, lines being completely level and vertical, whatever the case, etc., as we had some problems previously with other contractors. Geremy assured us everything would be done correctly, and I have to admit I was a bit skeptical. However, he wasn’t kidding, everything turned out perfect!
My wife and I often comment that the bathroom looks exactly today like it did the day Geremy finished the project. No cracking grout, no uneven floor tiles, no peeling shower caulk, no cracking walls, on and on.
Geremy also was great to work with and his two main tradesmen were also professional, responsible and great at making sure we got what we wanted. Geremy was also very accommodating when it came to material selection. My wife knew exactly what she wanted in terms of materials and when the local supply house that Geremy used didn’t have “exactly” what we wanted Geremy allowed us to source it on our own. Other contractors we considered would not allow that and suggested that we us to compromise, WOW. When your spending that type of money on something you don’t intend to ever remodel again you shouldn’t have to compromise on anything.
Regarding the cost, after hearing all of this you might think Geremy was the most expensive but in fact he was right in the middle when it came to price. And when I consider the quality of his work and his attention to the details of the project and ours needs, which significantly reduced our stress, the value was outstanding. We would use FHT and Geremy Farha again without hesitation.

Not only do Geremy and his team turn over an amazing finished product, the process is also very professional. I knew what was going on every step of the way with no surprises. The skilled workmanship and advice offered are second to none. I will be using them again for my master bathroom remodel.

We had electrical work that needed done. We first called D&D Electic. We were concerned about the other work that needed done and they recommended Farha. We had a time limit and they met it. We were very pleased. Also all employees were respectful and courteous. We were very pleased with the outcome! Even our older children who came to visit were impressed!

FHT remodeled two bathrooms, added tile to walls and floors. During the remodel, they found floor rot and termite damage under our master shower, and repaired everything like new. They also updated our kitchen counters with quartz stone, replaced our sink and faucets, and added custom tile back splashes. They also updated our laundry room with tile and new plumbing. All work was completed with a personal touch, professionally and on time. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Geremy and his workmen did a great job with our kitchen remodel. They always showed up on time and worked diligently while here. When the end of the day came they removed the covers they had put over our floors, vacuumed and left the house looking as if they hadn't been there working all day. Geremy was also helpful at the beginning when we were picking the granite, stone and other materials we wanted. He gave us great guidance and had everything ordered so there were no delays.
We would definitely use him again if we do any remodeling and highly recommend him. Courteous and capable, which is a hard to find package.
