Our whole street lost electricity, but when it got repaired, ours wouldn't come back on. A major switch in our breaker box wouldn't engage at all! Ryan arrived within a few hours of our call, assessed the situation, gave us a quote (for the entire job, not hourly) and stayed until Kalob and two other electricians arrived and got to work.
The team worked continuously until we had electricity, that night! Turns out we had some melted wiring and the breakers were outdated (no longer available). Because of this, we needed to have the entire panel along with all breakers replaced!
The following day, they replaced the wiring and box outside on the main post as well. It hadn't been sealed properly and had a lot of corrosion. Once completed, they went through the process of labeling each of the switches in our new panel, from the night before. Both parts of the job were handled quickly and effecently. Everyone involved was friendly, informative, and professional.

After calling a few places and no one being able to come check the problem, Mister Sparky was able to send someone the same day! Ryan Ross was able to get to the problem and explained very thoroughly what options I had. He was really friendly and assured me they would be able to fix the problem the same day! They sent Anthony Taylor and he got my new breaker panel installed efficiently and in less time than I was told! Really like their service and all happened during Thanksgiving weekend, the fact that they were able to offer their service the same day I called and solve the problem, that alone was enough for me to write a review, recommend them and use their service if I ever need an electrician!
    Would really recommend Mister Sparky!

Ryan did an Awesome job repairing the electrical defects in my home. I was a bit disappointed with the suggestive selling of other services that were presented as urgent by him. He wouldn’t take no for an answer and called a rep from the office, who further attempted to persuade me to buy more services. Otherwise, I was completely satisfied. Ryan was very pleasant and personable.

Highly recommend this team! Chris and Ryan were great. Clear quote, efficient 30A sauna circuit install. They seamlessly switched to 240V/15A for our model upgrade on the follow-up—no extra cost or hassle. Punctual, tidy, and communicative. 5 stars—stress-free experience!

Response time unmatched, I called at 11 they had my electrical panel swapped out that night. Everything works as expected. One star deduction as the prices seemed to be pretty high, otherwise great service!

Chris, our assigned electrician from Mister Sparky, didn't impress me at first meeting. He was an hour-and-a-half late. However, when he explained that he was delayed getting necessities from the warehouse, I understood. Upon arrival, when we extensively detailed the work to be done, he listened carefully, and took photos. He looked at several circuit breaker boxes (we have solar), traced circuits, and went to work. He mounted a surge suppressor on the power line leading to our A/C compressor outside. He changed out switches, crawled through the attic, expertly cut through our wall, and ran wires to permanently mount/custom install a wall lamp highlighting a painting. He replaced several GFIs (two inside, and two outside), and generally worked steadily, skipping lunch, and finishing shortly after 3 pm. We were relieved because we had scheduled appointments, and Chris also had a dentist appointment. We were able to keep our schedule; I hope Chris made his appointment on time. He was a quality worker: fast and professional. Plus, he didn't even complain as I assaulted his ears/sensibilities with my instrument practice session. (It evened out though, we have no kids or pets.) We will see him again tomorrow.

Anthony your electrician professional was outstanding in service. You should be proud of having him on your team. Anthony gave me good advice on what he did. When I was out at his truck I noticed the truck was very clean and all his equipment was put in place. Anthony's uniform was clean and very nice, he had a nice smile. Thank you Anthony okay guess what we got it for we had a 15% discount to military we got it for a $101 and it's LED so I just put them there for right now before I can take them back so with that return $25 we had it done for $75 yep

Well I didn't get any service done because the price was ridiculously high, but they were in range of other electrician companies. I don't believe in overcharging people who clearly cannot afford it. You can tell by what they drive, where they live, & how expensive their house is. If they can afford nice things then they can pay these prices, but I think you should look at what I explained & give these people like a 40% reduction on labor in the estimate. Like if they show you that they are disabled, or on snap. They would have to provide proof. You know if someone is driving a 1998 truck, lives in a 800sf house, & have kids, or disabled probably don't have the money to spare unless you offer a 40% reduction on labor, but parts will have to remain the same then I bet you will get more jobs. You will get so many that it would be worth it. If they are renting yes charge the landlord the regular price. That is my opinion & I know you clearly will not see it as a possibility. Thank you p.s. the guy you sent here was the nicest person I have ever met. He was definitely customer oriented, since customer service is the lifeline of any good company that deals with the public on a daily routine.

He was friendly, professional and respectful. He did a great job and was thorough.
I would give 5 stars but the pressure sales is always a no go for me. He did great at finding out what was wrong and get me scheduled to get the job completed.

The response time was excellent. Ryan was here within an hour to an hour and a half to assess our needs. He gave very good recommendations to bring our old house up to code. There was too much to do all at once. He was very patient in working through different options to get us started. We initially were just wanting to add a few new electrical outlets but knowing that our house is older, we opted to go ahead and do a new electrical box as well as the few new outlets. Kalob was here, once again within an hour to an hour and a half to install our new electrical box and outlets. Very professional very nice and we will definitely be using them again to finish updating our house.

Tony did some bigger jobs for me without any significant issues in the past 2 years. However, when I had a few subsequent jobs that were not as big or evidently as lucrative, he began requiring repeated text or phone calls to get him to respond. I heard the usual sorries for being busy and I was understanding for a while. This last time I text twice and finally had to call to see if he was interested in the work. I gave him an Out if he was too busy or the jobs were too small for him. He said he still wanted them and would stop by my home on Friday night. That was more than 30 days ago and I still have not heard from him. I had even called him during this process to remind him to bill for a job he forgot to bill me for so I could pay him. I have since hired someone else to do the work I needed done. I sent Tony a text expressing these same frustrations and he didn’t even show the professional courtesy to respond back to me. I probably wouldn’t have written this review if he would have.

The lights in our house just exploded out of nowhere, and this really scared the whole family. I had to call this electrical contractor and ask for help from its electricians late in the evening. It’s a good thing they accommodated my request. Apparently, we had a lot of faulty wiring all throughout the house. They came back the next day to do a replacement. I’m so thankful for their help. I owe this company big time!

Right when I thought I wasn’t going to find an electrical contractor for the home remodeling project we were doing, I received a response from this company. Their electricians worked efficiently on the installation of light fixtures, switches, and panels just in time for the turnover. The best team I’ve worked with!

My lack of planning put me in a bind to get an outlet installed within a tight time frame. They were quick to schedule me and get the job done. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again in the future.
