I just wanted to personally thank ACT and Harold Scott, as a small business owner, I was brought in on a project of theirs halfway through the project, the project had high expectations on both of our ends, after taking on the challenge to meet the high expectations of the customer, we managed to get everyone on the same page and provide quality solutions for the customers issues, I worked with Harold and can’t say enough good things about his customer service, his promptness, and his overall positive outlook on creating solutions for the issues that where at hand, even when things where looking down, Harold always showed up with a positive presence and was a man of his word, I look forward to working with him again on future projects, and thank you again ACT for allowing me to work side by side with you guys, and contracting locally and supporting small business owners like myself, hope to see everyone on the next project

Horrible experience. Project was not completed as promised. Company quit before job was completed. Deposited check from insurance company without owners signature. Still had soot on several windows and walls. Owners were asked for additional funds even though insurance had covered costs. When questions asked of supervisor the answers were avoided and responses were “we will take care of you”. Would not recommend this company.
