My wife, Mary, and I recently had some remodeling completed that included reconfiguring the laundry to incorporate a stacked washer and dryer as well as removing a sliding glass door in the kitchen and finishing the garage interior. The work was fairly extensive and required plumbing, HYVAC, electrical, framing, finish carpentry, and a stone Mason. The work managed by Wes, Colby, and Scott was of the highest quality with numerous items provided that went beyond the requirements of the contract. All of the subcontractors were talented, punctual and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them for any future projects.

We decided to do some updates/ upgrades in our home and are extremely pleased with outcome, it has far exceeded our expectation. The professionalism ,expertise and reliability of the workers was remarkable. The owner of the company was very easy to communicate with, he represents his company well with fairness in price and with the highest quality of materials used. Would highly recommend Pico llc and plan to utilize them again for more upgrades in my home. #Very pleased customer.

My front courtyard, walkway, brick wall and columns were in disrepair to put it mildly. There was a great deal of settling and Pico was referred to me by my neighbor. I had had a terrible experience a few years back and was fearful of having another.

Pico did not disappoint. In fact, they went an extra mile time and again, making sure I was always told what to expect in the days ahead of the project. I couldn’t be happier or more pleased with this group of wonderful people, and the front area looks beautiful. Thank you to everyone at Pico!!

Great work experience with Pico installation personnel. The new window was quickly and professionally installed. They did a great job, quickly and efficiently, and also cleaned all installation debris, leaving a clean job site. We were informed by the job supervisor of every step of the installation process. Great job, great window, and great installation crew!

We regret hiring PICO LLC for a large add-on home project. From the beginning, it became clear they were more interested in rushing through the job than listening to our needs or delivering quality work. Unfortunately, they left the job incomplete and riddled with issues. Further, they were not transparent regarding costs / services and would often add change order fees without any discussion or approval. I hope others do more research before engaging with them.

Unethical, poor quality and always overselling. Our huge project turned into a lawsuit from PICO because he wouldn’t finish the job or fix major errors but yet demanded full payment! His subs are poor quality that he says “meets industry standard” while providing little oversight. His electricians left a 30amp live wire in our crawlspace that was potentially fatal, left us with a 80’ long driveway that started crumbling within weeks, didn’t finish punch list items, AND sent dozens of change orders after the work was complete without ever discussing. He has a bad history, do your research … DO NOT HIRE

My husband and I had our bed suite redone. We are so pleased with the way it turned out! Thank you, Pico LLC for making our dreams come true. It’s a wonderful space!

I don’t usually post reviews, especially negative ones, but I feel obligated to help others avoid our mistake. I highly recommend NOT using PICO. Unfortunately we hired PICO for an addition to our house in Vickridge. This was a large, custom project, and PICO’s “most expensive project to date.” In our opinion, PICO and its owner, Wes Pechin, underperformed and under delivered the type of service and communication we expected. When we had issues with the quality of work from some of the subcontractors, PICO was slow (and in some cases failed to) recognize, correct or acknowledge them. Some of the issues we corrected ourselves. In addition, change orders were supposed to be provided and approved before the changed work was done. In many instances, no change order was provided until AFTER the work was done. PICO then refused our request to provide supporting documentation for the change orders so we could determine the reasonableness of the cost and whether PICO charged the correct amount.

Sorry for leaving my initial review under my company name. My name is Timothy Davidson, and I’ve had the opportunity to work with many general contractors in my line of work. Wes and Colby at Pico truly exceeded my expectations—from communication and timeliness to cleanliness and the final outcome of my new deck at home.

I would confidently recommend Pico for any type of general contracting project. If you’re only comparing on price, you can always hire a “one-man and a truck” and miss out on everything that sets true professionals apart. But if you want quality, professionalism, and a team that delivers on every promise, call Pico. I know I will for any future projects.

Pico construction was was wonderful to work with. Our projects included a four season sun room, new deck and kennel room for our dogs. From the initial design through final construction, they were very attentive to our questions and concerns. Pico kept us well informed of the construction progress and sub contractor schedules. The view of the sunsets from our new sun room is outstanding and our furry friends are enjoying their new surroundings and easy access to the outdoors. We highly recommend Pico LLC for your remodeling or addition projects.

Repaired horse shed, worked on the roof, and caulk the bath shower. I was pleased they did what was discussed on time and reasonable price.

We did an extensive finishing Basement. We did everything, floor to ceiling and wall to wall. “PICO, LLC, did a great job from planning to completion. Small issues occurred as they will on any project. They were all handled quickly to our satisfaction. Working with Colby was a phenomenon. He’s on the schedule and quick response. The various workers were very professional and showed genuine pride in their work. Definitely recommended for a Home improvement or remodeling…! Shout to Kathy for taking her extra ordinary time with her highly skilled for helping us with interior design.

Pico did a great job on our bathroom remodel. They took out an old jacuzzi and a small shower. A big shower, cabinet and new floor was installed. They used top quality materials. The people were easy to work with. They were incredibly patient with our three schnauzers. They worked with a background symphony of barking off and on throughout each day.

Pico did all of my windows! Wes and Freddy were so easy to work with and very responsive! I wasn’t expecting my windows until December and they were able to get them done before Thanksgiving! Such a great business! Absolutely love the white vinyl look!

Wes and family have been providing building and landscape services for our family for at least 25 years now. i will include a couple photos of many projects. Everything Wes has done for my family has always been far and away more than my expectations. When i read negative postings like the one from John Hunninghake I get real concerned about judgmental accusations without a path of justification of the informal charges.. i can only imagine what john is accusing Wes of. Without specifics is being charged publicly of wrong doing without providing evidence of wrong doing. whereby being the judge, and jury to provide adequately giving opportunity for Wes to defend himself. If i were an attorney for Wes, i would say go get them. If I were an attorney for John I would say remove your review post hast, else face serious consequences. Social media is out of control in America. If i were Wes i would go after john in court for slander and defacing his name and well-being.. This kind of thing with social media has to stop.. This is America. you cannot charge people with an offense, and let the public convict. Does not work that way.

Pico completed a full gut and remodel of our Master Bathroom. It was easy from the word go, working with them. They were upfront and honest with their evaluation and quote of the remodel. Wes and his team were extremely thorough in covering every detail so that our quote came in without any unexpected expenses. Pico made the process of picking out each of our personalized furnishings and decor simple and smooth. They made sure we knew exactly where to go, who to speak to, and exactly what our allowances were for each item to stay within our budget. Cathy was also wonderful to work with, and had wonderful ideas and suggestions that went beautifully with our selected decor. On top of all of that, the quality of work was fantastic. We are absolutely in love with our new Master Bathroom. We would highly recommend Pico to anyone looking for construction needs.

GREAT company! They replaced my back porch steps. Excellent communication throughout. Very fair pricing. Thanks to Morgan at the office, Steve for the estimate, Scott for the coordination, Tristan for most of the building, and Paul for the stain/seal. Everyone was super nice and very kind to my dogs. Tristan is very selective about his materials and made an extra trip to exchange a board he didn’t like. Paul worked overtime to finish in one day without compromising his meticulous standards. I am delighted to have found PICO and will be calling them for the next job. They’re outstanding!

We want to recognize the outstanding work PICO LLC did on our 800sf Great Room addition to our house. We have a large family and our gatherings were quickly outgrowing our moderate size farm house. In the past, we have done our own remodel and construction work so the idea of hiring someone for the addition seemed risky and stressful.

We met with three different companies to discuss our project. There was one clear choice at the end of the process. PICO LLC was that choice. Wes Pechin, owner of PICO met with us, listened to our dream, and provided us with a clear road map to make our project happen. Wes was knowledgeable, attentive, responsive and reliable. The professionalism of PICO LLC made the stress level of working and living in a construction zone very manageable. I can not tell you how much we appreciated PICO’s thoughtfulness during our project.

The PICO team and sub-contractors did a fantastic job putting the project together. When there was an issue we worked together to solve it to our satisfaction. No project happens without challenges. PICO did an addition on our home. Working with Wes and Colby has been wonderful. They are like family now. Through one of the rainiest summers we have had in a very long time, the hospitalization and death of my mother, the hospitalization and health issues of my husband. The oxygen use and working around us while we were still living in the construction zone, through all of that our project was finished at or above our standards. What started as a 3 room addition with deck ended with the guys touching each and every room in our home. Love you guys and thank you so much for our lovely home.
