We had a huge, dead hedge tree removed by Freeman and his crew. They were very professional, good listeners, methodical, hard workers and fun to watch. They cleaned up all the debris and were careful not to damage anything. Good price for the massive task. Highly recommend.

My trees got trimmed today and when I got home from work I was horrified. I went from having full, mature trees that needed some trimming and dead wood removed to barely any branches on my trees. I liked having shade. Now I have trunks and a few upper large branches. Do not hire them if you like having shade, it'll be years before my trees can provide decent shade again and one of trees might as well have been removed with how little of it they left.

Highly recommend ICT Tree Service. Called for basic estimate for tree trimming and they got back to me quickly and came out and gave me an estimate. In that time, identified two trees that were dying and needed to be removed. Estimate was very competitive compared to others I contacted. On the day of service, they came when they said they would and got through a very long day of work. Did a great job on clean up and hauling away the debris from the tree trimming and removal.

Would highly recommend for anyone looking for tree service.

I would give them 5 stars on their safety, and work ethic alone, throw in the fact they threw in stump grinding just to be a hero. You may get slightly lower bids elsewhere but, end of the job you'll be paying more for it just to get the job done, go with ICT I did and I have no regrets.

These guys were great! They were super courteous and professional. The clean up was amazing and they went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them. Great job! Great value! My trees look so happy and healthy. It was a big job and they made it look easy. Kudos to a great crew! I would use them again.

Estimator came out to look at the 3 trees i needed trimmed and pruned. And we also discussed cutting back the Silver Maple limbs to get most if not all of the bag worms off the tree.
The crew showed up a few days later with no lift to get up to the higher branches that had bag worms. Crew did not trim back the Silver Maple as discussed to the estimator. They did raise the canopy and pruned but the main reason we hired them was to trim away the bag worms.
Don’t get me wrong, The crew did a good job of trimming and pruning. And they were courteous, professional and on time.
I would recommend this company but be VERY clear what you expect to get done. The estimator should have communicated to me that they would not be trimming the bagworms out of the tree.

I edited my star rating from 2 stars because i felt it might have been a little harsh. The work preformed by the crew was excellent and would recommend them and may use them again. However, i will be more clear of what I expect and hope the estimator will also do the same.

I’ve had Freeman and his crews out several times over the last five years. They came out again last week and took out several trees, ground stumps, and trimmed. Always professional work at a fair price. This time they exceeded my already high expectations of ICT Tree. They are the best service company I have used as a homeowner.

I used ICT Tree Service for getting a huge tree removed from my backyard. The company's crew was very professional. They cut the tree very carefully so that my roof and my neighbor's roof was not affected at all. The crew arrived on time, cut the tree, grinded the stump, and picked up all the debris from the yard; all this work was done for a very competitive price. I will DEFINITELY use them again, and highly recommend them for anyone requiring tree cutting/trimming services etc.

We called ICT Tree Service and several other tree services to get bids on taking out some trees at our Goddard Home. We got a
bid from Anthony the next day and his bid was better than the other bids. Their scheduler called back the next day and the
trees were gone within a week! They arrived on time and worked
most of the day! The crew was friendly and did a great job of
removing about 8 trees that were in tight quarters without damaging the fence or walkways. They did a good job of cleaning up. We would call ICT again the next time we need tree service!

Courteous, knowledgeable, lowest estimate, quick but safe, thorough cleanup, did everything they promised in clean, workmanlike manner, leaving no mess behind. I have worked with chainsaws and tree removal for many years and I’ve never seen better work.

Excellent people and work! They showed up exactly when they said they would. Removed 5 trees and trimmed several more. My trees have never looked better. The staff did an excellent job and left no mess behind. The price is very reasonable. Will definitely be using them again for future needs and will recommend to everyone.

I contracted ICT Tree Service to cut down a couple of willow trees at the back of my property. I would recommend them to anyone. They put me on the schedule quickly and then when it rained the scheduled day, they were quick about getting in contact with me and rescheduled for the next week. Their communication and availability, on top of the great job they did cutting down the trees, was what I liked best about ICT Tree Service. They were very easy to get in contact with and responded quickly.
I was also really impressed with how fast the tree removal was. The trees came down in less than a couple of hours with no issues.

nice job on three trees and cleanup. but they refuse to fix the property the broke. like torn grass, ruts in yard and broken slabs. Freeman told me three times he would take care of it and never calls or shows up with the broken slabs they broke. company not very responsible and their word means little.

They were all very professional and polite when they arrived and throughout the task. They took my suggestions into consideration and cooperated with me about a willow tree that I just loved but they did their job great and they will be returning to this cooperation indefinitely

We had ICT Tree Service trim 2 large Pin Oaks 60’ a River Birch and a huge Silver Maple 80’+.

I met with Anthony and we discussed what should be done. He was very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. I felt comfortable with our plan and was not required to be on site.

Job was done perfect. Crew cleaned up everything and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a fair price and quality work.

Showed up when he said he would. Did what he said he would. Cleaned up the mess better than any tree service I have ever hired. Was pleasant and professional to deal with. I recommend them, very happy with their work and work ethic.

Words cannot express how pleased we were with ICT Tree service! We had a terrible accident where our very large oak tree fell completely through our detached garage.
My husband called for a quote to remove the tree and Freeman made himself available within 10 minutes!
Not only were they able to remove the tree, they offered to remove the garage and all the debris. (At a very reasonable price!!)
They then went above and beyond to craft us a temporary fence to keep our beloved dogs safe when going in the backyard. We cannot recommend Freeman and his crew enough! We will be using them for all our future tree needs!

Very pleased. Requested a quote and got a call back within 5 min and showed up within 20 minutes, just happened to be close by. Had a few other quotes from other companies but Anthony with ICT gave me the best deal. I had one massive large dead elm and another average size maple that needed to come down. Within 3 weeks they were able to start the job. The skills these guys have is unbelievable. My massive elm had several obstacles below. How they were able to drop this tree with such precise placement was impressive. Started by 8am and by 5pm they were all finished and did a great job cleaning up. They were all very friendly. Great customer service. I will definitely give ICT a call the next time I’m in need of any of their services. 5⭐️

I really liked the offer Freeman gave and the knowledge he had to share. The communication is a different story. He said he would get me a quote wrote up but it would be 2 weeks out before any work gets done. It has been at least 2 weeks now, and no quote or response after reaching out in two different ways. I am okay if he changed his mind about the job, but not getting back with me didn't sit right.

We had ICT remove two very large trees and stumps from our front yard, and trimmed another tree in our back yard. -- They did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend using this company ! They were very quick getting us a quote and scheduling the service. We were very impressed with their attention to detail in their clean up! We will definitely use them for any future tree service!

Had the best experience! Had an entire tree fall on my vehicles and they were here fast to take care of it! Cleaned up the mess and also helped my neighbors with a fews limbs as well! Great guys and would definitely use them again! Tree and limbs gone within and hour! Thank you!
