Our neighbor hired Arbor Masters to clean up some broken branches after a recent storm. My young boys and I watched them work from our backyard and were so impressed. They worked quickly and efficiently and did excellent work. They were personable and didn’t mind my boys constant questions. Especially remember Daniel as he had the same name as my son. So impressed they came and raked a few small leaves that had fallen into our yard during the process. They left things better than when they arrived. Highly recommend!

The crew that did the work were great. They all work together well and get the work done safely. The clean up afterwards was great as well.

Excellent work on our two front yard trees. Clean up was thorough as well. The team took time to analyze the best cuts to make so that the trees were properly trimmed and pruned.

Had to wait a few weeks after the storm damage to get to meet the Arbor Masters, but it was well worth the wait. The 3 young gentlemen were just delightful and did a most excellent Job. Highly recommend Arbor Masters

I was very impressed with arbor masters. Cody was very professional with the estimate and was on site the day of the tree removal and tree trim. The crew was very knowledgeable so I felt confident they knew what they were doing. Their prices, timeliness and workmanship deserved a five star. I highly recommend them!

I had Arbor Masters remove a dying willow globe. Matt, Corey, Eli, and Casey did an OUTSTANDING job, especially considering the limited access they had to the tree. They had to disassemble part of my fence to access it. Once done the removed the tree, ground the stump, hauled off the branches in one day.

I was nervous about the process...my fence is built a bit differently. But they removed a section and replaced it with no problems.

They also managed to do this without damaging my yard. That was another concern, but I can't even tell they were here. Except for the absence of a dying willow globe.

I sincerely appreciate the hard work this crew put in to remove my tree. Very friendly and it is obvious they care about the quality of their work as it was reflected in the finished result.

Contacted Arbor Masters for an estimate on pruning trees. Representative came out within 48 hours and was very receptive to my needs and knowledgeable about tree maintenance. I received a fair proposal by e-mail the next day. I accepted two days later via electronic reply to the e-mail as was an option on the e-mail. Waited 3 weeks with no acknowledgement or contact to schedule their services. Called them and was assured they had the quote and then scheduled a morning date 3 weeks out. Arbor Masters was a no show. Waited 2 more weeks because of Wichita storms and possible emergencies the night before my scheduled date. No contact, no explanation, just silence. Arbor Masters must be too busy or too uncaring for your business. Don’t bother with them there are plenty of other tree services.

I found the company's response hilarious, saying the local Wichita office completed my job today. I have not spoken to anyone at Arbor Masters of Wichita and would not accept their services if I did. I like spending my money with responsible businesses.

Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Did a very good job and cleaned up after they were done. Will be using them for a year round tree care program in the future.

They arrived on time, did an excellent job trimming up the deadwood, pruning to make our trees stand out, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. We highly recommend them for your tree maintenance.

My 3 year old Poplar tree became very invasive. Arbor Masters is the only business available to cone within 2 weeks. They took care of it in a very professional way. Matt did a great job removing all the roots and cleaning after it. I Definitely recommend this company. Thank you.

They were so professional. On time took a 100 ft tree down and cleaned up too huge trees. Daniel the head guy was really great the way he worked with the crew. He never yelled. He showed how to do certain things and explained To the crew why. Highly recommend them !

Arbor Masters just trimmed our yard trees in Bel Aire, Kansas. Our experience with the company and their staff has been outstanding. Arlan, the Arborist who came out to evaluate our needs, was knowledgable and professional and truly listened to our needs and concerns. The team that came out today and did the tree trimming was also outstanding! They were efficient and obviously well skilled. Great teamwork, done with safety. They were great to interact with and they also listened to our goals and concerns. Our trees needed a lot of work and they will certainly be healthier because of what the guys accomplished today. We also appreciate that they worked carefully and cleaned up as they went. Talking to the local Wichita office people was also an excellent experience. We had a different tree company out for some different work about 4-5 years ago. While the experience with the other company was OK, our experience with Arbor Masters has been much better. Arbor Masters' communication and work are excellent.

I had to call multiple times and spent over $1,100 to remove trees and bushes, and paid for STUMP GRINDING. Look at the pictures, they didn't grind the stumps. Seth, the sales person said he would come back out after I voiced concerns but didn’t. They left a few small transplant trees and while there were a couple near metal fence the left large stumps sticking out of the ground. They also left a mess of branches and didn’t grind stumps as per the contract. They didn’t replace pavers in front yard and left a huge mess in the yard. It only took a few minutes to replace pavers, but if the cared about quality and service they could have easily replaced them. I also went to Lowe’s and pay $99 for a sawsall and spend time finishing their job who’s is why I’m giving 1 stars. I then hired another Tree Service, company to come complete the job that I paid Arbor Masters to do. I called the Wichita office and asked for a manager and they said there wasn't anyone to speak with, and that the other manager was on vacation. I asked about speaking to an owner, and they referred me to Kansas City. Then emailed them the photos and issue is still not resolved. Avoid doing business with this company.

We had a bit of an emergency after the high winds. A huge branch broke and was resting on another branch. If it fell it could kill a person. I called Monday and they dealt with it Tuesday morning. The men were personable and professional from beginning to end. It was a tricky situation, and we appreciate their excellent work. This is not the first time we’ve used Arbor Masters, and it won’t be the last. We will call them again.

They did a great job. I had a tree that was hanging over the street, and the city requested it be trimmed. These guys squeezed me in the schedule so they could get me in sooner and wouldn't have to pay the city violation. The tree looks great, and they were very polite and professional. Would highly recommend their services. Thank you!

The guys came out and did a fantastic job. I have an elm that was in rough shape from the previous homeowners trimming that I wasn't sure if they could save, but they came in and reshaped it to where it looks fantastic standing in the backyard!
