I do not recommend this place as a cleaning facility or as an employer they treat their employees horrible

The experience I have had has been great. Bryana is an excellent leader and the in office staff are amazing.

Love this company. Reliable franchise owners, that works very well with their clients. The office staff here are always friendly and willing to help anyone out.

To Whom It May Concern:
The Library would like to make other businesses aware of our problems with Jani-King of Wichita, specifically their dishonest business practices and lack of customer service.
At the beginning of May 2016 the Mulvane Public Library packed up and moved to a new, larger location. The local manager, Chad Wheeler, visited and told the library that he would provide an amendment to the contract to reflect the increase in pricing of the larger space. The Library Director agreed, but stated that she would like to get additional quotes for cleaning as well. The manager said that this was not possible because the Library was locked in a contract through the summer. The Library Director, who had only been on staff for 8 months, took Chad at his word. However, when she received the amendment the Library Director requested on May 16th an additional amendment with less cleaning time, due to concerns over the budget, and a copy of the original contract because it was still packed away in boxes. Chad send back the requested amendment and contract on May 17th. The Director read the short email, which did not mention the anniversary date fast approaching. When the Director finally had time to sit down and read through the original contract on May 26th she found that she was a week past time to terminate her contract (original contract date was 7/19/14). The Director sent Chad an email over Memorial Weekend requesting an extension to terminate if needed. The Library was not originally interested in terminating the contract, but only wanted to get additional quotes to make sure prices were fair. On Tuesday, May 31st Chad called the Director and informed her that it was impossible to provide an extension. The Library was locked into another year with Jani-King. Understandably, the Director was dismayed, so she requested to speak to the regional manager, Ted. He also informed her that it was impossible to extend the date. Ted insisted it was the Library’s fault for not paying better attention and dismissed Chad’s error as unimportant. Since then, the Library has stopped using Jani-King and did not sign any amendments. They recently received a quote from another recommended company, which quoted prices hundreds of dollars lower. This has led the Library Director and Board to feel tricked by Chad, Ted, and Jani-King. It is now our belief that Chad lied about the Library being unable to get other quotes, so he could lock us into another year of service at his high price. Luckily, we were only locked into another year of service at the original rate because the amendment remained unsigned.
The Library feels it is important to provide this review to other potential customers. Please be aware that Jani-King may not have the most competitive prices and it is very difficult to get out of a contract, even when a mistake is made on their part. Their contract requires you to give notice 60 days prior to your anniversary date, but they will not check with you about the renewal until after the 60 day window has passed, leaving renewal as the only option. The Mulvane Public Library cannot recommend Jani-King of Wichita to anyone.

I just called to get an estimate to have the bathrooms only in my building cleaned.... The lady who answered the phone.... Not only was extremely rude... But claimed she wasn't able to give an estimate over the phone of what it would cost to clean these bathrooms .. I mean.. it's an office... With a few toilets .on each .floor and one trash and sink per floor... Do you REALLY have to come out to tell me what that would cost? I would recommend they get rid of this .woman.. or the procedure they have taught her to follow. OBSURD

A great place to start your own business at an affordable cost. Franchising is made easy and the support from the Regional office is ongoing.

There company cleans a company that I work for. Staff is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond. They do an amazing job keeping our store clean and neat. Would highly recommend Jani-king for your janitorial needs.

We switched to Jani-King and have not regretted it. Patricia Banks has done a great job cleaning and is constantly communicating with us to see of everything is good. She has been great from the start.

You never speak to the same person. They cannot keep people. They provide terrible service. They do not vet their franchisee's WHATSOEVER. The franchisee's will do a decent job for a week or two and then really only show up to take the trash out. Would not recommend this company at all.

I am an assistant community manager. We use them for all off our homes. They are always prompt, professional, and they do a fantastic job!

They came and gave me an estimate and then came back the same day and got the job done. Did a fantastic job on the carpets made them look brand new!!

Just had our carpet cleaned. I had to get a haircut at the same time they were cleaning the carpet. The haircut took longer than expected but they had an employee wait in my parking lot for an extra 20 minutes until I got back to make sure no one came into my office while the doors were unlocked. The carpet looks great but regardless of that, what they did was top notch service without a doubt. Highly recommend them!

Some guy roaming our neighborhood put a flyer on our garage door. I only knew it was there because of our security camera. This flyer would have lived on our garage door for months. Who does that?

I live in a 3 story home the dryer is on the 3rd floor. I had one dryer go out mysteriously and then a second almost burn the house down had the lint Doctor not come out. I had been complaining to the property manager for months that my clothes hadn’t been properly drying and finally they sent out the professional team from the Lint Doctor. When the owner came out himself and inspected the work with his employees I knew the job was getting done right. I hen he showed me the lint still smoking from being on fire and the way they professionally cleaned out not on the lint but also replaced the outside vent that had been improperly installed, I knew they would always be the only team I would use in my property going forward. Thank you so much for literally saving my family’s life. Truly an incredible company.
