David and his team are fantastic. They came out to our new house a few weeks ago to inspect our dryer vents and do a cleaning. We weren't sure of the condition the pipes were in and wanted to see if anything needed to be replaced, or if we just needed a clean. They guys showed up on time and told me that everything needed to be replaced. I expected to need to reschedule this but they had all the parts that were needed and got everything done in one day for us! These guys went above and beyond and walked me through the whole process. They even let me see their scope camera and the trash bag with all the lint they collected (Ew!!). Thank you guys so much!

We moved into an older home last year. Recently, we noticed that our dryer wasn’t fully drying our clothes and then a blocked vent light appeared. I left a message with Lint Doctor and they were able to get ahold of me within a day or so. They were able to scope my vent for free and found several tears/ opening in my vent tube along with years of lint within our walls. We scheduled a return visit the following week to replace the brittle flex ducting with a hard line and clean as much lint as possible from the walls of my house. They were insightful, hard working, detail oriented and made sure the job was done correctly. We are so thankful for Lint Doctor and will continue using them going forward. Dave, Trent and Ashley were absolutely amazing.

So grateful for the team at Lint Doctor. I had a gross smell coming from my dryer and they came out, cleaned it, and found 3 dead mice (yuck!). The next day I could still smell an odor and reported it to the owner, David, who was also with the team who completed the project Monday. He sent his team out the next day to assess what could be the issue. They guys worked with me to locate where the odor was coming from and spoiler alert, it wasn’t the dryer. I thought mice had died in my walls! But, my mud room toilet had drained of all water and that’s where the smell was coming from! So grateful for Lint Dr (David) and his team! They provided above and beyond service. Highly recommend!

Lint Doctors did a great job. We have a second story exhaust vent for our dryer, plus about 15 feet long. Trent cleaned it thoroughly, even got the deeply embedded bird's nest out of there. Now we have tremendous air flow to dry our clothes. 5 out of 5!

We needed them for our home inspection. They are totally professional and super kind. They went straight to work and found tons of lint. I thought I was a fairly good house cleaner until this. I did not realize you need to do this yearly. This is way less expensive than a fire! They used their camera to be sure it was clean. I will do this every year from now on. I’ve been schooled!

We recently purchased a home and, as part of the buying process, wanted to have the dryer vents and HVAC ducts inspected. I reached out to several companies, but Lint Doctor was the only one that responded, so we decided to go with them, and I’m very glad we did.

From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. Scheduling was easy, and they got us on the calendar right away. After the inspection, they called to let us know we had a serious issue with some extremely dirty ducts that we had no idea about. What stood out immediately was their genuine concern for the safety and well-being of our family.

They quickly scheduled a time to come back out and clean the ducts and dryer vents. The team arrived on time, communication was excellent, and the technicians were incredibly professional and patient, walking us through the entire process step by step.

The cleaning process itself was thorough and multi-step, and it was obvious they were committed to doing the job correctly, not just quickly.

When I got home from work later to reinstall the washer and dryer, I was shocked to see that they had already reinstalled both appliances for us, another example of the kind of above-and-beyond service that sets them apart.

Then the next day, I received an email saying they had actually come back out and installed exterior termination vents at no cost, simply because they were concerned we didn’t currently have them installed.

That level of service is hard to find these days.

During our home-buying process, we had unfortunately been burned by another contractor, so I was a little skeptical going into this. After all, duct cleaning is work that’s mostly hidden from view, so trust matters. But after going through the entire experience, I am completely confident that Lint Doctor did everything they said they would, and more.

To contractors and business owners out there: take notes. This is how you do business and build a reputation that lasts.

Asked for a quote, answered questions, waited 9 days, asked if a quote was coming, answer was simply "no ".

Eddie has cleaned my gutters 3 times. Recent cleaning all debris was hosed into downspouts, not removed. Several downspouts 100% clogged the next time it rained, causing a lot of erosion. Not happy.

Fantastic job painting my house! They take pride in their job and it clearly shows. I decided I didn’t like the color I picked halfway through and they were patient and willing to work with me until I found the color I truly loved. There is no question, I will be using their service again in the future.

I had TCB put new guttering on my house three months ago and only half of it works properly. I have been very patient with Jared, but so far he has not resolved anything. He has given me one excuse after another why he doesn't show up,from that he just forgot about us no less than four times to his van is broken down and that he has to take the dog to the vet. He now will not respond to me at all. I am very unsatisfied, and would not recommend TCB on a bet.

I’ve used TCB for various guttering jobs, replacement of downspouts and installation of new gutters / gutter guards. On all occasions, Jared was excellent in his communications regarding scope of work and expectations and jobs were completed professionally and timely at reasonable cost. TCB’s commitment to customer service, however, does not end when the job is done. During the recent rains, I experienced downspout failures and contacted Jared. Without hesitation, he stepped up and came out during poor weather to look into the issue and was able to identify and remedy the problem as well as counsel me on how to prevent the situation from reoccurring. TCB is trustworthy and professional and I highly recommend Jared and this company.
