The company sent a couple of younger gentlemen who did arrive on time. They seemed a bit confused on where they were going to use the water supply. One minute saying the would the one outside then having to connect to my sink. A more skilled worker came to couch the two workers through the job. I needed my mattress cleaned on one side I'd rate it 5 out of 10 it wasn't the greatest. Also got a brand new area rug cleaned for one area that had a couple of specks of juice I'd rate that job 1 out of 10. The rug looked exactly the same. I was able to purchase a product for $1.57 that removed the spots with a brush. I don't feel like the guys put in any effort. Save your money go rent a rug doctor or buy a carpet cleaner.
