They came out and took care of our unit, had a few issues but Isaac stepped in and handled it. These people really care about their customers and it shows, would like to thank Melissa for sending them out right away, same day! We will continue to use this company. Joseph was our repair guy and he was very professional and nice. Overall, they provide EXCELLENT customer service and for that, we will be back. By the way, this is a mom & pop shop, give them your business!

I cannot say enough positive things about the team at Another Heating and Air Company. Our AC served us well for many years, but decided to call it quits.. After determining what the issue was I spoke with Isaac, who was extremely helpful and informative regarding the options to repair or replace my system. We opted to replace with a newer more efficient system. The installation crew, Charlie and Ron, showed up on time and got the job knocked out. They were both professional, knowledgeable, and friendly to chat with. Charlie went over all of the details to ensure I understood the new system, and answered all of my questions. Called around to about ten different places to have a service call done on a broken AC unit.They got out the same day when everyone else was giving me an 8-14 day window. Showed up about 2 hours after the call. I asked the installer, Ralph, why they were available so soon and he explained that during their busy season they open up their hours and work until about 10 pm - unlike most of the other companies. He figured out the issue within 15 minutes, went and picked up parts, showed back up in under 30 minutes, and finished the job. Awesome technician - explained everything he was doing to me and said he would do whatever he could to get me fixed for the best price. Fantastic experience with these guys.

The heater blower went out. They were out that same day and fixed within an hour of them being there. Heater wasn’t even down 6 hours. Professional and quick. Felt like a fair price as well!

Called first thing in the morning and Another Heating was there the same day within a couple hours. They were informative and clearly explained the problem with our AC unit. The repairman was professional and very kind. Reasonable price as well! Will definitely use them again.

We've used Ralph and his team at Another for 5 + years and trust them to help us fix, or do preventative maintenance, the right way. We have been impressed with their integrity and we know they can handle the big repairs, or installs, and little maintenance items. Great company. We highly recommend them!

This company is so great!! It’s full of hardworking people. They are out at my house doing all our odd jobs. From lighting the pilot light on my water heater to checking and changing our air filters and even installing our new dishwasher. I love knowing who is going to answer the phone, Frankie, and knowing that the job I need done is going to be done quickly, responsibly, the right way, and with a friendly face!

Great group to work with. They did everything they could to get my AC unit repaired as quickly as possible in the blistering heat. Frankie was in constant communication and Ralph was a wizard at getting the system purring like kitten. All around great team to work with. Wouldn't trust my unit to anyone else.

Wonderful experience from the first call to set the appointment to the completion of the repair. Frankie is very kind and called to let me know the technician Eric was headed our way. Eric was very professional, kind and efficient. He explained the AC issue and what needed to be done. He had the repair completed quickly and house is cold again. I couldnt ask for a better company to work with and highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

My air conditioner went out at 1 today. Called them and they squeezed me in. BY 3 :00 it was fixed for a very reasonable price and they were very professional

This company was hired for an HVAC inspection before purchasing my home, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The technician signed off on the system as “working,” but a licensed company later found multiple issues that should have been caught during the inspection. Within weeks of moving in, turning the AC and it fails and required a major repairs.

I reached out to the company for clarification and support, but they did not respond to multiple attempts to contact them. A professional service company should stand behind their work, especially when their inspection directly influences a home purchase.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for HVAC inspections or service.
Don’t waste your money with this sketchy place.

I only gave one star because it wouldn't let me put in no star. I have used this company from the first start of it. I turned my retired parents on to it and they had them come out because the AC quit.. they charged them $290.00 and told them it wouldn't last they would need a whole new unit. $6000.00 was the estimate. 3 days later the AC was out again. They called out a different company and that company told them clearly it had been shot or vandalized and that it should be covered under insurance and they couldn't believe that a responsible company had looked at the unit and charged the $290.00 knowing it would only last a few days. Well my parents got insurance to pay for a new unit. But I will never call this company out again. They took full advantage of a couple on a fixed income
Horrible horrible horrible

I called them out in the spring/summer of 2023, just to check the ac, and make sure it could handle the 100+ degree temperatures that were coming. They said that my freon needed recharged, and it is r-22, which is expensive, and I knew no better, so I paid the $450+ bill to have it recharged. Immediately the ac unit outside started making an odd whirring/whining sound, and the ac was only coming out of the vents at around 70/75 degrees. Noticeably warmer than before they recharged it. So I called again, and said that it it worse than before they came out to begin with. So they sent two "techs" out the second time, they "diagnosed " the problem, which was according to them, just an old trailer, poor insulation, and I should just be used to being 85 degrees inside when it's 95 degrees outside. And I took it as it was, I'm no ac expert. Then, around 3 months after the second visit, the fusebox for the ac unit outside caught fire and could have burned the place down. After my past two interactions with this company, I decided to call a different one. The second company replaced all of the wiring from the ac unit itself, installed a new fusebox, and replaced the wiring to the blower inside. Thenn they turned the power back on to the unit, instantly heard the noise i mentioned before, and turned off, with shocked looks on their faces. They checked the freon, and it was overcharged by almost 10 lbs! That i paid almost $500 for. And then had to pay another $400 for the second company to fix, that I'll never get back.
