Wow, what a week. New HVAC installed by Shawn and J (sorry, I don't know the spelling) then Mark had to come out and help us with the plumbing (new kitchen faucet) because weird things happened due to water heater had to be moved to get HVAC in! Just wow! All the men were very helpful, kind and hard working. We have our annual maintenance contract and we are ready for fewer service calls! LOL

I called Comfort Systems on a Friday morning after I realized there was a broken glass in the garbage disposal. Mark came out that afternoon and cleaned and flushed it all out. He did a great job and I was very pleased to have it all taken care of so soon.

Had a great experience with Comfort Systems. They serviced my steam boiler when many other companies would not. They brought someone with experience and expertise with steam systems and knocked it out! They also serviced my traditional AC system. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and quick.

I have always received excellent service from the customer service representatives who take the calls to set my appointment up plus the service technician is always very personable and take time to explain what’s needed. The preventive maintenance plan is a great way to save. Thanks for always taking care of my service needs!

My kitchen faucet broke last night. I called Comfort Systems this morning and Mark was at my house within 2 hours. He went over all my options and I decided to have him replace the faucet and the disposal (which needed it) at the same time and it was completed by 12:45. He was professional and did SUCH a nice job. I absolutely love the new faucet and appreciate the time he took to educate me while making repairs. I will call them first every time. Thank you!

Comfort Systems, and their excellent technician Mark, have been keeping my built-in-1929 home running for the last 12 years. Today Mark quickly figured out what I needed to do to keep my pipes from freezing again. Not only did he get my water running again quickly, but he helped me problem-solve the whole situation to prevent it from happening in the future. Mark always has been professional, highly skilled, and efficient at solving problems. I couldn't ask for a better technician or plumbing/heating support business to call.

Want to thank Marc for great service. Called late Friday afternoon with a glogged basement drain and water backing up on my basement floor. He came out along with another tech and they took care of the issue in a very timely manner. Very quick service! Thank you!!

We've been using comfort systems for at least 20 years. They are good people and they employ good people. They take care of all our plumbing and HVAC needs. Mark, Matt, Tim and Ernesto are the best! Courtious, professional, and skilled! Thank you guys for always coming to my rescue!! And I can't forget Debbie who always works out scheduling miracles for me!!

I have used Comfort Systems for many years on plumbing projects. They are always professional and courteous. For the past several years Mark has typically been my contact on projects and I have great confidence in his work and suggestions.

Today, we had our annual service for both plumbing and A/C. Mark has taken care of our plumbing needs for years. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He can always answer my questions and will make suggestions to keep our systems running efficiently. Mark is also very personable. Ryan inspected our A/C and did annual maintenance. He was very thorough. Ryan also has a great personality. I also have to mention how great it is to work with Debbie in the office. Comfort Systems stands out in the customer service arena.

Brent from Comfort Systems serviced my two Lennox heat pumps for summer readiness. He did an excellent job of cleaning both units, replacing dirty filters and syncing the units to the thermostat unit. I heartily recommend Comfort Systems for all of your heating and cooling needs.

High praise for Comfort Systems! My 30-year-old HVAC system died on one of the hottest days of the summer. Jason Ruboyianes came out fast to give us a bid and explained our financing options. When it was time to install the system, technicians Shawn and Zach arrived on time and from there, the day just went UP. These hard-working techs exemplified professionalism and kindness. My husband even approved of their workmanship and he's very difficult to please.Thanks to Chad, Jason, Shawn, and Zach for making this whole experience much easier than I ever thought it would be.

Our AC went out late on a Thursday July 2025. Called Comfort systems on Friday & they came out that afternoon & had us up & running in about 30 minutes. Brent was our technician & I can't say enough about how professional, friendly & knowledgeable he was. 5* rating to Brent & Comfort Systems. Because of their prompt service & professionalism I signed up for their maintenance service plan which is really reasonable.

If your looking for a professional trustworthy company, you just found it.

Jose came out over the weekend and was able to fix the heating unit quickly. He returned during the week with a new console, that repair was also done quickly. He was very kind and respectful. 100% recommend!

COMFORT SYSTEMS Is a terrible company! We have a home warranty with this company. Our A/C went out, we called at 8am in the morning and were told they would put our name on a list, but they could not tell us for sure when anyone would be coming out to our home and that for sure no one could come out that day. We were told 3-4 times no one could come out that day, even though we called at 8am and are supposed to have first priority since we have a home warranty! The customer service rep, Renee, was so rude and hateful she had my wife in tears! It was a scary feeling having a pregnant wife at home with two small children and ZERO idea or even an estimate on when someone could come to our home! After making a complaint, the supervisor called us to basically say the same thing we had already been told and never even ONCE apologized for the way my wife was treated on the phone! We called someone else, who told us they would for sure be out that day no matter what time it was and had our A/C fixed! Comfort Systems called us at 4:30pm to tell us someone was on the way. When we told them we already had it fixed, they seemed so confused and acted like they didn't tell us it couldn't get fixed that same day! When we explained the situation further, they still tried to argue and tell us how we were wrong! Last I checked, the customer is always right. I have been in the customer service industry for a very long time and if any of my employees ever treated anyone this poorly they would not work for me much longer! Do not hire this company! They will not take care of you!

I paid into this home warranty for 3 years at 400 bucks a month. I had them come out and fix my fridge and the was good.for 1 moth 23 days and broke again and the service privider they hired will not stand behind their parts they put in. I cancelled with Comfort home warranty because they changed thier coverage. Then the new policy came out and it states that "THEY WILL ONLY PAY UP $1000.00 ON A REPLACEMENT AIR SYSTEM. I AM GLAD I READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR ANOTHER YEAR. THEY CHARGE A 75 DOLLAR FEE JUST TO USE THE SERVICE. i PAID OVER 1200 BUCKS AND GOT 1 LOUSY REPAIR. I WOULD READ THE FINE PRINT VERY CAREEFULLY

I had the plumbing team come out to look at my outdoor faucet. Said it was a loose screw? Next day it did it again. I asked if they were going to charge the diagnostic fee again from the day before and they said no we’ll just charge cost. Well cost was $300 dollars plus the diagnostic fee of $110 dollars the day before, total being $410. Looking at the receipt they just put in whatever they want. They lied and charged me $400 for a water outlet that was suppose to be $300 according to the tech the day before. So whatever they say is not true they will get their full amount no matter how they try to sugar coat it. I’ve been using them for over 12 years and to treat an existing customer this way is highway robbery. Will never use again.

Do not use this company their drivers drive eradicate this morning I was driving s on 235 and the driver in a truck license plate 148 rem got behind me on the ramp to i35 and was so close I couldn't see his head lights when I put my blinker on to get to get off on west st he cut across the pendulum and almost sideswiped me very unprofessional and dangerous

Make sure you received a written quote for any work you have them perform. I was quoted $200 to have my air conditioner moved & the bill was $384. I tried to get a breakdown of the cost & understanding of why the bill was so inflated. They were argumentative and not willing to send more information. $184 isn't worth my time to pursue further, but I will never use them for any service going forward.
