We had a major issue today with our furnace it was stuck on and running full blast due to the fact that thermostat pretty much fried up causing my home to become over 100 degrees within hours (we have 4 pets and 3 adults ) making it unbearable. when the sweet technician showed up bless his heart I was in distress and he did not mine at all.
I called many places who wouldn’t send anyone out, so I called Crockett heating and air and they responded in minutes and had someone at my home within 30 minutes and he was able to fix it within an hr and had my house cooling immediately after discovering the issue !
I just want to give huge props to the young man for helping us out he was about to have dinner with his spouse and they put it on hold and rushed over to save us. we truly appreciate him and this awesome family owned company we will be calling them with any issues we have from here on out! -

First time using Crockett HVAC, reluctant to call them considering only in business for one year. I needed a blower fan replaced on a Saturday. Technician was here within an hour, located a new motor and completed the job quickly. Very personable and knowledgeable. Will recommend them to others, based on this service call.

Came over within a half hour of my call. Have me an estimate for a new central air unit and installed it the very next day. Now THAT'S what I call service 😎
