Dalton and Blaine were so courteous and professional. We appreciated them both, especially how they kept trying to work a solution on a stuck exterior cap until they got it! Dalton was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything they were finding and what they were doing. His professionalism, kindness, and work ethic has now made Eck my plumber on speed dial!

DJ and Dakota did an awesome job for us! They explained what they were going to do, and did it. Snaked out the washing machine and shower drain. Everything is free flowing and we are back to catching up on laundry now. Thanks again, and will use you for future visits most definitely!

I needed an estimate on replacing the outside faucet and Daegan was great. He was courteous and efficient. I’ve agreed to proceed with the work, thanks to Daegan, and have found Eck services to be a company with employees that I can trust to get the job done

Aaron at Eck did an all around great job replacing water valves.
Great communication! He gave me several options, including an upgrade that was fairly priced. And then had the job done quickly and efficiently.

It took a little time to locate the short, but as expected the rain last night caused an outside plug-in to throw the breaker. I feel the teck was very skilled in his ability to locate and repair the problem. Was completely satisfied with their work.

I used to use a different electrician for all my needs and when I really needed him he left me on read! I called eck and they not only came out the same day but they made sure to come early to save me from paying after hours fees! The guys were extremely knowledgeable and took care of us and answered all of my questions! I think it’s safe to say I have found the new company to service all of my electrical needs!

Cody and Ethan came out and took care of my busted cast iron drain the same morning after calling in. They provided me with options for fixing or replacing my issues and ran through the pros and cons for both. They were super professional and courteous and left the bathroom in a clean condition when finished. Would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

We had a plug installed in the back of our fireplace. Drew and crew were very professional and prompt. They took the time during the initial inspection to figure out the best way to install it and got the job done the same week. Thanks!

Had issue with heating system going out during cold weather system. Dauson was dispatched and arrived promptly. Turned out the main system was worn out. Dauson was able to fix a small unit to where there would be some heat until the new heating system would arrive. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

Tom came out and had my bathroom fan fixed within 10 minutes. Booking an appointment was incredibly easy, and they were all incredibly nice. Couldn’t recommend more!!

Outstanding Service from Eck Services!

We had trouble with both our dishwasher and stove, and the technicians from Eck Services were fantastic from start to finish. As it turned out, the dishwasher issue was a bit embarrassing — the water supply had simply been turned off — but they handled it with complete professionalism and good humor.

The stove was a different story and required a new gas line to be run. The team carefully assessed the situation, explained everything clearly, and provided a detailed estimate for the work. They were courteous, efficient, and clearly knew their craft.

It’s refreshing to have service professionals who are both knowledgeable and kind. We’ll definitely be calling Eck Services again for any future work. Highly recommended!

Brady came out to our daughter’s house and looked at the issues. He explained it all very thoroughly in what would need to be done. We had 2 other quotes from people which were very high and work that don’t need to be done.
Brady got us scheduled within a couple
Of days and he was very honest about everything as he went through the issues. Very smart young man and polite. He did an is helper did a great job and cleaned up after them selves. I would have Brady do
Any other plumbing that needs to be done. It was an all day job and it was done well.

Very happy with the Service Brayden and the other worker provided (didn't catch his name). They showed up on time, clean and professional. He explained what the issue was and went right to work. They completed in a timely manner and left no mess. This was my first time to use ECK. They were a little pricier than my normal guy, but not overpriced. I would absolutely recommend them.

Dauson came to troubleshoot our heater; he was swift in figuring out the issue and fixing it, and explained everything thoroughly! An added bonus is his friendliness around our toddler and we trust him in our home!

Wow!!! I'm really impressed with Eck Plumbing. I had a leak of a drainage pipe, but we couldn't see where it was leaking. I called mid-morning, and by early afternoon, Dalton showed up and he took care of business. It was by no means an easy job, but he had all the parts on hand and got it fixed. He was totally professional and courteous. I'm using Eck Plumbing for all of my plumbing jobs from here on out, and I totally recommend anybody reading this review to do the same.

This company was amazing to work with! I had to call for emergent service since lost electricity. I had to call at 7:45am. They dispatched Tom Wise out he was there immediately after driving from Wichita to El dorado. Kept in contact and Tom communicated well the problem & easy fix. We definitely will call them again if needed or even recommend Tom Wise to help us. Thanks for making our day better. The weather was cold & we were worried about not having heat all weekend.

Eck services did an amazing job. The people were friendly a d explained things that were easy to understand. They also did an amazing job. Cody Wilks is an outstanding guy, i definitely recommend him and Eck services.

Dalton was at our house in less than an hour from calling Eck Services. Our sewer blockage was cleared efficiently with no mess at all. Dalton was very experienced and shared advice to help us in the future. Overall a pleasant experience. 5star service!!!!
