I had an emergency plumbing issue and called Eck Services. DJ was at my house within an hour and got everything fixed quickly and professionally. He explained what was going on, handled it efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
Fast response, solid work, and no runaround. I really appreciate the quick service and would definitely recommend Eck Services to anyone needing reliable plumbing help.

Tim & Joel were our installers, putting in an outlet for our EV vehicle. We appreciate their throughness, the personalities were great, and we were able to get the install a day early to accommodate our day off. From scheduling to completion, we recommend the entire team!!!

Called Eck to see if we could get someone out to fix a leak we had under our kitchen sink that was dripping down into the basement. Troye was able to come out within two hours of calling and got us squared away quickly, and got a new faucet installed for us! Very happy with the service we were given, just wish there wasn’t an after hour service fee when the business is in their normal operating hours according to their website. Outside of that, Troye was awesome and I would highly recommend him!

Everybody I talked to were very friendly and eager to please. Chaz showed up when he said he would , explained what he was going to do and then got started to work. He was very personable and professional. Chaz also gave me estimate for some other work I need to have done and based on how I was treated and the excellent work he did I will have them do my other work. I would HIGHLY recommend using ECK

Great service from the start! Cody called prior to discuss pricing and again before he and Chase arrived. Cody is courteous, knowledgeable and friendly! Cody was also training Chase and was great at giving points and tips to him. Very professional! Will use again as needed.

Spencer and Dalton did a great job. I woke up to a sewer issue in the basement this morning and called act right away. Spencer and Dalton showed up within 20 minutes from the phone call and they took care of it right away. I was so thankful. Very polite and took care with everything.

So I took the plunge into the electric car craze! I needed more power to charge my car faster so I went online on a Sunday and requested an appointment. Eck Services called me Monday and set up a time for the installation.

Chris Dellinger was very professional, courteous and efficient. The job was done faster than I thought it would take.

Chris and his coworker got to work quickly, even ran to a hardware store to pick up a larger breaker. I believe that is what it was, I have no knowledge of wiring or outlets.

Chris even made a bracket so I can hang the charging cord when not in use. I about became choked up at the kindness he showed me. It was the exact thing my late husband would have done for me.

I had a very bad experience with Eck Services. They charged me around $6,000 for plumbing work, but the quality was extremely poor. When they tore into the concrete, they never poured it back smoothly it’s lumpy and uneven to this day. They also cut holes in my sheetrock and then told me it wasn’t their problem to fix. On top of that, the shower was installed incorrectly and still runs hot and cold in the opposite directions. To make matters worse, I was never given an invoice for the work. My electric, hvac, and plumbing totaled 12,000, I never understood how because the verbal prices given were different. I never signed a contact for any agreed upon price. Over a year after the job was supposedly completed, they put the charge on the financing account I had applied for, which caught me completely off guard. Overall, the workmanship, communication, and billing process were all unprofessional and left me very dissatisfied.
