1st, they gave a very competitive estimate,
2nd, they were willing to accept leaving installed a fairly new Rheem furnace after they closely inspected it.
3rd, they added needed hardware (plenum) at no extra cost.
4th they thoroughly tested the installation.
5th they returned on 2nd call to meet inspector to certify install.All of this saved us a lot of money over next closest bid.

Tyler took extra time to assess the situation and provided an explanation of why the ac is struggling causing the electric bill to be high. I appreciate his honesty and his knowledge of the ac system.
