Clayton came to our house and was quick to inspect our our AC, educate us on what was wrong and fix it within two hours. We had another company come out that “couldn’t figure it out” and needed another salesman to come.

Will forever be my first and only call for all my HVAC needs.

AC went out on a SATURDAY around 2pm. I contacted Sam and he had his guy Clayton there within a couple hours. Clayton quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. Came back on Monday and had me up and running in no time. Would strongly recommend giving them a call.

Called yesterday with furnace was not working and they came the next morning to fix the furnace. Integrity Heating and Cooling were quick and efficient getting the repair done. We were very pleased with their service.

After having worked with many HVAC companies over the years in Wichita, Integrity Heating and Cooling has become the only company I work with. Sam and his team are outstanding in every way. They are dependable and accountable, best prices around, courteous and respectful, and always leave the place exactly as they found it (i.e., they never leave a mess). They completely replaced the furnace and A/C unit at my mother's house, and they way the treater her, her house and the entire project really made an impression on me. Integrity will be my HVAC company as long as I'm in Wichita. You cannot go wrong with the Integrity team.

I will highly recommend Integrity Heating and Cooling! I've used them in an emergency situation on a weekend, as well as during the week. Their customer service is top notch, offering their services in a timely manner. On the weekend, they had one of their service men out within hours. We had to replace our AC unit and they had the unit ordered and repaired the very next day. They offer competitive pricing and shoot you straight. We will continue to use them for our HVAC needs!

Had my AC go out on a holiday and it only took an hour and a half from initial phone call to job completion. Highly recommend.

The service was expedient, thorough and reliable. I especially appreciated they live by their name, Integrity. They were punctual so l could plan around their arrival. They left the area clean. The price was comparable. Their service was professional . I highly recommend them.

Integrity Heating and Cooling was fantastic to work with. They came out so quickly, fixed the problem and the bill was so reasonable. We own a lot of commercial buildings, and really appreciate being able to work with vendors like Integrity. They made our tenant happy, and that makes us happy!

I was referred to Integrity by another local investor. I had an issue with my unit in a short term rental after 8pm, and Sam (the owner) personally took care of it himself. He was very efficient, great with communication, and fair in his pricing after hours. Amazing leadership example and world class service.

Highly recommend Integrity. Called them earlier in the year when the AC unit was running and they were out the next day and had us back up and running in no time. Had another issue that Sam was able to walk me through over the phone and back in running within an hour on a Sunday. Very responsive and reliable customer service.
