Landscape Architect reviews in Wichita, Kansas

Gave an excellent price for everything they did. They were able to get to my house within a few days and got everything completed within a few hours. Very impressive work quality with everything they had to do. Would absolutely recommend!

We hired this team to landscape the south side of our home—the old Carnegie library here in Caldwell—and what they created feels less like a project and more like it’s always been part of the place.

They started by removing a tough stretch of Bermuda grass, then reshaped the space with clean metal edging, fresh topsoil, and a thoughtful layout that brought in over 200 plants. With landscape fabric and mulch tying it all together, the entire area now reads as intentional, balanced, and grounded—like it belongs to the building’s history, not just a recent upgrade.

What impressed me most was their eye. This wasn’t just labor—it was care, judgment, and pride in the finished result. The lines are clean, the plantings are placed with purpose, and the whole space has a sense of permanence that’s hard to fake.

In a town like Caldwell, projects like this matter. They understood that—and delivered something that adds to the story of the place.

We’ve already had people stop, look, and ask who did the work. That probably says it best.

Highly recommend.

I recommend using Bossy Oak Landscaping. They did a really great job with my fence, they really care about their customers. Alfredo and their crew arrived on time that we were scheduled for, they had workers working on my yard, removed dead trees, planted a few plants, mulched and then installed this amazing fence. He gave me a fair quote, and I’m completely satisfied with their service. I would hire them again no questions asked!

Would give 10 stars if we could! Amazing work that exceeded our expectations. Great communication in understanding exactly what we wanted. The prices were great and finished same day!

Bossy Oak Landscape was great to work with! They are quick to respond to questions, very good with communication, and the work was top notch! We were very happy with the projects they did for us. Nice crew, and they made sure we were completely happy with the project.

Alfredo and his guys are awesome. Quick, efficient, reliable at a fair price. We will definitely use Bossy Oak Landcaping again.

It’s always challenging being new in town and finding reliable and trustworthy contractors. Fortunately, while I was shopping for stone at Absolute Natural Stones, I asked the owner some recommendations and gave me a couple of business cards. Luckily, one of them, Alfredo, was on site picking up materials. I chatted with him and asked if he was available to come by to give an estimate. He followed me home and then gave him some drawings and what our plans were.

A couple of days later, he gave me an estimate and timeline on when they could get started. The bid was very reasonable price and we agreed on the project. The project was supposed to start in 2-3 weeks, but he contacted me a few days later and said they had an opening and could get us started earlier.

Throughout the build out, they were very transparent with pricing, responsive to questions and concerns, and made sure to address them right away.

Even after completion of the project, if I had any concerns or issues, Alfredo was prompt to respond and even come by to fix it.

If you’re looking for an honest and reputable landscaping company who really stands behind their work, I highly recommend Alfredo and Bossy Oaks team.

What an amazing transformation in ONE DAY. Incredibly hard working crew in the heat of summer. Fair pricing and so helpful with ideas. Highly recommend!

Cannot say enough good things about Alfredo and his crew! Responsive, Reasonable and just over all outstanding!! They did a small job for me a few years ago but recently did a complete overhaul of my back yard and it is gorgeous! They work so hard , are so considerate and just plain awesome!! Picture is a small part of all they did.

Honest, Quality, and On Time!!!
Alfredo and his team replaced my crumbling limestone flower bed wall. The pricing is very reasonable and everything was done beautifully as promised. They will definitely be my go to landscaping company for all my future projects.

Bossy Oak Landscaping is the best company I have ever encountered. Three years now they have done an amazing job on the spring cleanup of my yard. From pruning privets to trimming evergreens, cutting down pampas grass, cleaning rock gardens, there is none better. You will not find anyone like them.

Bossy Oak Landscaping did amazing getting my front yard to look amazing! Alfredo the owner was professional and knew what he was doing. His crew also were professional and very nice!

Pricing was also unbelievably good. Other estimates I had done the prices were pretty out of control. But with Alfredo he shocked me with how affordable it was and we couldn't pass up the opportunity.

Very professional and hard working crew! Alfredo was super quick to respond to my request for a quote and was willing to show me his recommendations to fit my budget. He communicated well, arrived on time, and completed our project very fast. They put real effort on placing stone around my home. I also had some special plants that had been transferred and the team took such good care to transfer them to another location in my yard. Very good experienced crew, highly recommend!!
