Absolutely love this company. Scott is very patience and understanding. He always has an answer for my questions and talked me through everything when we first started. Had them over a year now and I tell everyone I can about them. And he’s very cautious with our livestock animals as well when he is spraying. Can’t thank him enough.

They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable and explained everything with ease. Communication was great!

American pest management is very on top of my bug issue. Chandler has done a great job with our termite situation and I definitely appreciate the the quality customer service and cost efficiency.

I get the gold package through them and it is always awesome. They work well with my crazy schedule. Chandler has come out to do the last couple services and is awesome.

Chandler was amazing at the Trucks on Clearwater event. Very informative and knowledgable about information on a previous flea infestation. Plus they were kid friendly and had awesome goodies for the little ones! Would definitely recommend them abd use their affordable services!

Chandler was professional, respectful of my home, and he communicated clearly and answered my questions. Peggy was also a delight to talk to on the phone and very helpful giving me information and answering questions.

I had found bed bugs in my home one night & almost had a heart attack! I was so scared & instantly thought I would have to throw everything out & start new. I had called a friend of mine to start treatment. But that friend of mine told me they couldn't get out until the next Wednesday (it was Thursday when I called). There was no way I could sleep or let my children live in the house knowing these bugs were here. So I called American Pest Management. Best call I ever made! Lanny was at my home the very next day to treat! After that, I have now started a 24 month pest control contract to cover all my pest control needs! Even bed bugs are covered! It's a low price for a big problem! Thank you Lanny & American Pest Management for keeping me from blowing my house up! I highly recommend American Pest Management to everyone I come in contact with! =)

Side note: Lanny is one of your best employees. Very trustworthy. He has been to my home twice without anyone there & has treated my home like his home. He calmed my fears & also sold me the contract! He is a wonderful guy! I am so happy to know he is MY pest control provider!

I did not get a quote from the inspectors who came to give me an estimate. According to them I have too much problems that needs to be rectified before they will give me a quote. To me the men were arrogant condescending and just plain rude and had a very better than you attitude. Even with a quote with their attitude I would not use this company.

Chad Pellor did a great job coming out and analyzing the situation we had. Very fair and said what we did to take care of an infestation on an old tree we had, would have been what he would have done and didn’t charge us for coming out and didn’t spray unnecessarily. Appreciate his honesty in a world full of shade.

I was apprehensive at first about my issue but from calling and talking to the office staff, sales staff, and technician doing the job. They reassured me that they could handle the job. Not only did they beat my expectations. They set the new bar of expectations for services like this! I will forever be using American Pest Management for any of my situations that might come!!
