I live in an apartment building and a guy from the company came by to spray my apartment, not only do I still have bugs but the bugs are worse not better I think they are just spraying water. I can't fire them because they are hired by the building . So I am just going to out and buy bug bombs and set them off in my aparrment.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I bought a home and they were to be paid for one year by the previous owner. The previous owner did not pay so schendel stopped the service without any notice to me and now I have termites. If I could give them a zero I would. I am thinking about suing them for damages as well. They may seem nice on the surface but if you have any issues they have no customer service skills of any kind. I highly recommend anyone else.

I have had Schendel for 20 years. The house we bought had a termite warranty, so we stayed with it. They were good for years, then it started going down hill. For what we recieve I believe it is too expensive. Considering canceling our service.

I would highly recommend Schendel. My community use's monthly service and I am very pleased We had a Technician Francisco Altidor I asked for his card He was so professional and kind. Before spraying he walked me to explain what he would be doing. He followed up few days later to see if we had any questions and to insure all was good. I live in an elderly/disabled community so of course professional interaction is appreciated. Please pass on my appreciation and to anyone considering pest control I would recommend Schendel

I have never been so upset by a company. I never write these reviews or get upset by bad service, but this was too much. Bugs aren’t something anyone wants to live with. I messaged them the night I found a bug in my daughter’s bed. They immediately called me the next morning and I was impressed with how friendly and professional Lee was on the phone. He knew my house square footage which made me know he did his research on my house. I agreed to wait for the heat treatment which would put me dealing with the thought of bugs in my house for 2 weeks, but I thought it would be worth it 😩 little did I know.. they sent me a detailed email of everything I needed to do to prep the house. I wasn’t sleeping much in the time between calling them to them showing up at my house for treatment day. I prepped my house EXACTLY how they stated, buying extra laundry baskets, cleaning out drawers, folding laundry, and following everything to make sure it was all done. The tech showed up around 9am, walked through the house and immediately stated he expected a smaller job. (My house is under 1000 square feet).. I apologized? and then he continued to say he may have to take more things out of the closet. I stated I understood and he could do whatever he needed to to get the job done. He agreed happily and I went to work. 20 minutes into my work day I get a call from Lee stating that they can’t work on my house today and that they would need to reschedule for the next week. I was devastated due to all the work it took to turn my house upside down and do all the prepping. He said it was due to our fish tank and stuffed animals being on the bed, as well as the closet. I asked why we were not told BEFORE Or when I was there because I would’ve gladly taken more steps if it was needed. I asked if my husband could swing back by the house and take care of that, it would take maybe 20 minutes at most to get everything done he was asking for.. I have 2 small children and leaving my house like this for any longer WOULDN'T be an option. He said No. he couldn’t do anything for me and he was sorry he didn’t say anything when I was there. He said my husband couldn’t come back by to fix it either now because HE (the tech) wouldn’t be able to be home til 10pm if he started that late. Long story short it was very clear the technician didn’t want to do the job/work at all. There was a very clear lack of communication between sales managers and techs about what needs to be done. It takes days of prepping for this, I wasted hours and hours of my time to be treated like I didn’t listen to instructions. Thankfully I spoke to another company that day who agreed to come out, and we’re very very kind, patient, and helpful. And got the job done for CHEAPER and better customer service!!! Save your precious time and go somewhere else :(

This has been the absolute BEST pest services I have ever had. They went the extra mile and took care of my home in a professional manner. They guaranteed their work and even stated that if the problem wasn't taken care of within the quoted times they were to be here, they would be out for free of charge until the problem was gone. I am absolutely amazed with this company and have even recommend to all of my family and friends!!! Rick is truly the best and actually took the time to listen and help!

DEREK WAS FREINDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. WAS INFORMATIVE WITH MY WIFE ON WHAT OUR SITUATION WAS AND WHAT HE WAS DOING TO FIX IT.

I was very impressed with their quick response to my problem. They had me scheduled quickly and followed up like they told me they would. Did an awesome job, will definitely recommended them to everyone.

I have used this company for a few years. They seem to be really disorganized and now have employee problems. The young fella that was taking care of my house all the sudden does not work there any more, the replacement guy did not bother to even look at how often the service is due and left poison all over the front entryway to my house. I have a young dog that will eat anything. They have been fired at this point, guess I will give another company a chance since Schendel does not care about cleaning up poison that is spilled everywhere.
