On time, found the problem quickly, replaced the pipe and faucet and stopped the leak all within an hour. The only issue is that no one has contacted me about fixing the hole in the ceiling created with fixing the leak. Bill Lee

HM Plumbing Services exceeded our expectations. Within 24 hours, we had a new garbage disposal installed. We were impressed with the young man's professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend this business and will continue using for future issues.

So here’s the story. My water heater went out so I called my home warranty company and they told me HM Plumbing would be doing the job. I was told by warranty company that there would be additional charge for extra work and to contact HM. So I did and was told about the extras. Like every home owner I was shocked and upset. So Jacob told me he would eat the cost of the extra work after I had left a bad review. So after Justin and Rex completed the job I started to understand why the extra cost was there. They went above and beyond on completing the job and even fixing things that should have been done the last time the water heater was replaced. Thank you Justin and Rex for your hard work and thank you Jacob for being a good business owner and trying to make things right even though you might of lost out on the money you deserved.

We used our home warranty through AHS and they sent out HM Plumbing to fix our leaking garbage disposal. Scheduling was an absolute breeze and they were able to come out the next day. The technician, Bradley, and his partner were phenomenal. They knew exactly what was wrong and were able to fix it extremely quickly. Not only that, they even went above and beyond by sweeping and cleaning up the area they worked in. Most companies just come out, do the job, and leave, but these guys were top notch. Knowledgeable, honest, and kind. 100% would call them again for any plumbing needs.

Ashton in the office was extremely helpful and informative, the technician was polite, efficient and clean! Very good experience.

Justin and Rex did and outstanding job at my place today replacing a sewer line. They were on time and very professional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work! Great fellas as well!

I just wanted to state that I had a very positive experience with this company. We had a hot water tank go out on a Saturday (01-13-2024) morning. Scott with HM Plumbing returned my call and was on his way to install a new hot water tank within about 15 minutes of my call. Very professional, courteous, and fair priced. I could not have been more pleased with his service and would highly recommend HM Plumbing to anyone having plumbing issues.

Justin and Rex came to my house for some plumbing issues through American Home Shield. They were both so friendly and very thorough on checking out several minor issues I was having. They were quick, courteous and very helpful in explaining plumbing things to me. They left all of their areas clean and tidy when leaving. I would definitely use HM Plumbing again and would gladly request Justin and Rex, a couple of great guys. Keep up the great work!

Dispatched service through my HBPP for a few kitchen plumbing issues. Ashton contacted me soon after. My technician was Scott M and he was prompt, knowledgeable, experienced, thorough and polite. He fixed all the issues. Fingers crossed no more problems. Happy customer :).

The services was great from the initial call to job completion. They established a time to do conduct pre inspection before determining the problem. They provided accurate information on what is needed and a repair. They established an appointment that is suitable for you. I will recommend HM plumbing to friends and family and also count on them in the future.

I called my home warranty company and in no time HM called to set up an appointment. After getting a denial from home warranty one of the technicians came out with an apprentice I believe and in no time had the issue fixed. The only problem I’m having is a sewer gas smell when I use the sink. Everyone was extremely polite and I appreciate that!

Tech was very professional and polite. He did a tremendously thorough installation in a very short time. You could certainly tell he had done this once or twice before. Seriously though, I was impressed with the service I received at HM from start to finish! If you need a professional, dependable, friendly, and tidy plumber, HM is the only plumber I'll recommend!

HM Plumbing met/exceeded all my expectations. I have a home warranty and HM did an outstanding job of working with the warranty company and keeping me informed while parts were ordered. The craftsmen/technicians were timely, professional. knowledgeable. They took care while in my home and left everything clean and as they found it when they finished. Scott came out to look at our water heater and lines as we were thinking about replacing them due to not having done any preventative maintenance on them and looking to be ahead of any potential problems. Scott listened to our concerns and thoroughly assessed our heater and lines. Scott recommended we still had some life left in the heater and found no immediate concerns. Scott also gave us a very reasonable quote for replacement for when we found it time to replace it in the future. Scott was very knowledgeable, thorough, transparent, and very honest. HM will definitely have our plumbing business moving forward! Give them a call, you’ll be happy you did!

All-around great experience. Had a leaky water heater. The customer service side was excellent, Ashton was very helpful and answered any questions I had. Brad was our tech; very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend this company highly enough!
