In a single day of terror for our poor puppers the crew came out, their leader was James R. In a single day that will live in infamy (at least as far as the mini dachshund is concerned) they removed our old leaky hail damaged roof, patched the holes and replaced not only our house but our detached shop roof as well, when they left there wasn't a single loose scrap of trash or debris anywhere. They did a phenomenal job and it was a clean job. Even if the poor puppies thought the sky was falling several times haha! Luckily for them the dog park was close and they got to go several times and were good little puppers!

Having a roof replacement from tree damage was a daunting task. The entire process from dealing with claims, stress engineering, reviewing your homeowner's policy coverage, not to mention hiring the right professional can be a very long process.

My initial contacts were with Patrick Mosley from Rhoden Roofing. What made the process better and ultimately my decision to choose Rhoden Roofing, was Patrick's willingness to help answer all of my questions and concerns, guiding me through the process involved in designing a quality new roof.

Along the journey in between the claims process, Patrick and I would discuss code provisions and ensuring my new roof was built to last and up to code. We made a few additional appointments to carefully review a stress evaluation concern I had, and even discussed topics ranging from the claims process, code provisions, and the latest in roofing materials.

When the time came to install the new roof, the process was fantastic. A few more shout outs to Zach Goldberg, for having to duel with a difficult claim, and to my project Forman named Brian and His Crew lead by Angle as that team went to work and to Haylee in the office as that team was able to plan and knock out my project in one day. Congrats all around.

In closing, I cannot say it enough how helpful Patrick Mosley was during each step of the process. He embodies customer service, and I've learned a lot about roofing in general thanks to him and I greatly appreciate all the attention I was given from our initial contact, to addressing all my concerns, until the project completion.
