Amazing and professional. Gave advice to check for minor things before charging us to come out and when they did not only were they a day early but had it going fast. Very knowledgeable, polite men that explained what we needed to know etc. Also didn't try and add anything extra or say we needed something we didn't. Would recommend to all in the area.

While the quality of work was sufficient, poor communication and very rude receptionist. Unwilling to work with us given their own lack of communication.. We went with them over who we typically use because someone we know told us, however we will never use them again.

Worst service EVER!! Husband called, stated he was out of state, needed service and gave direct directions where the well house was located. Someone went to the house, made no effort to find the well house and left. We heard nothing from them all day. I called late in the afternoon and spoke with a young kid, he didn't seem to like that the well was in a row of trees nor did he want to be accountable for not following through with any directions given or not calling us. Gave excuse, after excuse.

Not reliable, I recieved no service, no follow up or any communication. Due to the 'water well' being down, we had no water in our home and would have appreciated a more professional service and attitude.

These guys are dependable, fair, and do a great job! I had two different plumbers I contacted before I contacted Patrick. One came out and tried to fix the problem charged us quite a bit of money and the problem still wasn’t fixed. The other plumber that I called from Winfield was supposed to come out to give me an estimate and never showed up the day he said he would. I called four times with no reply. So don’t waste your time with anybody else! First pick plumbing showed up, got the job done,and were very fair priced! Thanks again!

Great company to work with! I have used them for multiple jobs on rental properties, homes that I have sold and my personal home. They do great work, always professional and timely on repairs.

They finished the job quickly and correctly, even though it was below freezing temperatures outside. Friendly guys. Never once heard a complaint or negative word. Their explanations were very thorough, and they answered every question we had. A young man named Trent was especially kind and respectful of my time since I am a night shift nurse and have to sleep during the day.

Cannot say enough good things about this company! Very respectful of our home, and all around great people to work with. We had our hot water heater go out and they were here the very next day to replace it, it was raining and they went in and out through the back door so they wouldn't get our carpet wet or dirty. Very, very professional. Will recommend them to everyone

The work itself is ok but I had them cap a pipe, reattach one that had come off and they had to replace a foot long pvc piece that burst when the water was turned , they quoted me 80 dollars an hour if they could fix it that day, and not have to come back, they were there a total of two hours they charged me 400 dollars for those three very simple fixes ( it was copper that’s why I called them in the first place) they charged me 135 dollars for a cap and a foot long piece of hose, like I said the gentleman that came to work on the house did good work but they do not do honest billing and they will rip you off. Do yourself a favor wait the couple weeks and go with someone that will be reasonable and fair.

These guys are doing their best and plumbing isn't a easy job. I do recommend them but you gotta be patient with them and maybe bug them a little bit because they have a lot of customers that they work for. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate. If they do something wrong they apologize and try to fix it. Thanks 1rst pick plumbing for doing your best.

First Pick replaced all our water pipes. They were hard working and efficient. It was done in one day. Customer service was great. I would recommend them to others.

Had a possible plumbing issue that was stopping us from bringing in our new shed. Wanted to make sure we did not have plumbing issue. Called Patrick and he hurried out and confirmed everything was good and there were no leaks. Thanks so much!

Patrick and his team did a great job of being communicative, setting realistic expectations, and getting to my project in a reasonable amount of time. They essentially redesigned and rebuilt the sewer system in my house, and ran an entirely new house main to connect to the city's main. To call it a big project is a bit of an understatement. Bonus on the experience was that an expected 3 day project window, from start to finish, was accomplished in 2 days due to his team being organized and prepared. Definitely will be a returning customer and will refer folks to 1st Pick Plumbing.

Called 1st Pick Plumbing yesterday morning about 11:30 and left a message. Within 20 minutes I got a call back. They were able to set me up with an appt for the next morning.
Layton arrived about 9am to work on a clog in the lines. I’m the type of person that wants to know what they are doing so I was outside with him.
This young man was extremely professional, but yet so friendly.
To say I was impressed with him is an understatement! In the future, should I need a plumber, I will definitely be calling 1st Pick Plumbing and hope that Layton will be the one to come out.

I called them to check out a cloug drain. Outside cleanout snake. They charged me $125 for 10 minutes.explain to me the
issue. I told them I'd be doing the work.

This company did a great job. My shower was at a point where the flow was almost non- existent. The 2 plumbers worked quickly and efficiently. Cost of this repair was very reasonable. I will be using them again when my needs are for a plumber.
This was the second plumber I had in to fix the low flow problem. Wish they were the first.
