Rob did a great job and explained everything and most importantly was on time. Great next day service call. Parts were on the truck and was completed in less than an hour.

Rob was fantastic. I gave him the model number over the phone of our washer and he brought some parts with him. Sure enough it was a bad door switch and he brought one with him. Within one hour of arrival everything was back up and working again and I actually have some clean drawers now!

I highly recommend gps express appliance repair if you need your washer or dryer fixed. They were honest, friendly, and got the job done quickly while also explaining throughly what the issue was, and what was wrong with it. These guys are awesome!

Robert was very responsive & timely and showed up the same day we contacted the company. He diagnosed the compressor issue on our refrigerator & let us know it was probably covered under LG’s 10 yr warranty, which we appreciated him sharing, even though he is not one of LG’s service providers. I HIGHLY recommend GP Express. My ice-maker quit working some time ago. I called GPX and Rob came out, tore everything apart, fixed the problem, and put it all back together in better shape than before. He was polite, professional and efficient.

I highly recommend. I had my washing machine start sensor going out. I finally called an appliance repair and found GP express cause I thought it would cost me thousand of dollars but it only cost my way less than I thought. The tech was very clean and organized with his work. The tech ordered the part and cost my around $500 with parts and labor. I would use GP express in the future for sure. Oh and ask for the tech named Rob.
