Home Services reviews in Alexandria, Kentucky

Very thorough and great attention to detail. Always goes above and beyond.

Amber does an amazing job. Very nice, and does a job that’s worth it. There’s nothing like coming home to a clean house. I would highly recommend Hot Mops.

Jeff is amazing. Recently had my apartment cleaned while I was away on vacation.. was amazed upon return at how immaculate it was cleaned and how professional the staff was. (They even left behind a check list of things that were done) will totally be using their services again!

Jeff and his team have gone above and beyond as our housekeeping cleaning team. As Airbnb owners who live out of state, we’ve been able to confidently trust Jeff and his crew with each and every turnover without any issues. He’s prompt, reliable, consistent, thorough and has taken initiative in areas we’d never expect. With every turnover, the house is in tip top shape. Our guests always leave great reviews and boast about how clean and nice the house is. Our recent visit home blew us away with how immaculate the house was. Jeff even leaves a checklist behind with every cleaning to make sure he covers everything and that you know he did as well. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to hire Jeff and have absolutely thrilled with his services this past year. We highly recommend Hot Mops for thorough, consistent and top notch cleaning services. (Oh! And he’s also somehow brought to life a dying palm tree we had! We thought for sure it would need thrown out upon our last visit - to find it completely alive and rejuvenated! Not within his job description at all - but again just goes above and beyond. We love hot mops!) #hotmops #hotmopsairbnb

Very good customer service . And all of the employees take pride in their work. Highly recommended.

These guys are knowledgeable, hard working and polite. They really do a great job!

Jeff Smith is so creative with his landscaping. I just loved the work he and his crew did for us.
Thank you again.

The work was completed as described however the follow through has not been acceptable. Although the owner admitted he "dropped the ball" he has not responded to my emails or fixed the problems of a broken light during installation and a centerpiece bush that only 1/2 survived after 1 year. Very Disappointing

We worked with Jeff to plant some trees in our yard. Excellent service, courteous crew, and very nice result. We are very pleased.

Great company! Hired them to do my entire landscape on our new home and they did amazing. Came back to replant a few things this year and I couldn't be happier. Great design, great products and great people.

Wanted to surprise my sister with a tree for her garden, but when you're in England, can't "pop in" and there's a 5 hour time change, it can be a logistic nightmare.
Jeff sorted everything out and the tree has been delivered.
Great people to deal with, Jeff made it all so easy. I'm delighted. Wonderful Garden Centre!

Kevin really came through for me. Super communicative. Super reliable.

Kevin did a fantastic job for us, he was timely, courteous and professional! I highly recommend!!!

Kevin Alford and crew did a great Job on a brick inlaid path down a gentle grade to a pool. Hand rail included.i recommend them highly.-

Kevin and his crew are top notch! We have now used Alfords lawn and landscape on 4 different projects and he has delivered on every single one. He is honest, reliable, hard working, and fairly priced. Highly recommend.

Did a great job! The entire team was knowledgeable and courteous. Kevin and his workers made sure I was satisfied with plans before proceeding on each part of my landscape. I highly recommend his service.

The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional

Thanks to Chris my yard has never looked better.
