Kyle came out to see why our unit was sweating so bad. He was the most polite, respectful, knowledgeable young man that we’ve ever encountered. He explained everything very thoroughly and didn’t leave until he watched our unit multiple times to make sure it was working correctly. He answered all of my questions very thoroughly. Would definitely recommend him! Thank you Kyle, you done a great job today! Really appreciate you! And thank you to Polar Bear for the amazing customer service, and for getting out here so quickly!!

We just had a complete system installed yesterday. We can't say enough great things about Polar Bears team of techs we had plus Michael. They are definitely professionals. Some of the most polite young men. Great job!!!
