Our gutter finally doesn’t leak over our front steps! The smallest adjustment made the biggest difference. We’re so happy with the work (and cleanup!) that we’re already planning our next project. Five stars!

Andrew is a joy to work with. He is a creative problem solver, repairing and/or creating just about anything around the house. He arrives on time, communicates throughout the process, and leaves a clean work area. We have relied on Andrew several times and each has been an excellent experience.

Andrew is wonderful! I don't give out my full endorsement very often as I am one of those very picky people, but Andrew deserves it. Andrew is a great listener and really understands his customer's vision of the space and project and budget. I would highly recommend him for any job, big or small.

Great service, great work, great communication. Had several miscellaneous projects completed by Handyman Connection and all work was done by the projected schedule and above expectations.

Handyman connection was great to deal with. Called , sent pictures, had a appointment for next day. Ben was on time next morning. Fixed the problem quickly and did a great job.

We had an issue with another Handyman Connection of Mason and called Andrew at Handyman Connection of Bellevue to look at our project and a different one. Called his office repeatedly and he didn't have the decency to call back. Understandable he didn't want to get involved but a courtesy call back would have gone a long way politely refusing. Unprofessional. Will never use them or call them again. Lesson Learned - call your customers back even if you politely refuse their business due to conflict of interest.

Prompt and courteous. Did the job right on schedule and on budget. We will call them for future projects.

I’m a general contractor and sometimes need extra help on projects. I’ve used Andrew and his team several times. Anywhere from demo work to framing to tile backsplash. They showed up when scheduled and completed the work on my schedule. Highly recommend them!!!

Handyman Connection of Covington did a great job repairing my vinyl plank floors. They were very professional. (Andrew & Ben) They were friendly and respectful of my elderly parents and the home. They came when promised, executed in timely manner and cleaned up repair debris before leaving. The communication from time of booking and till job was complete, was top notch. If ever I am in need of the many services they can provide, I will call them.

Some good some bad. Nice courteous people to talk to. During this time period I will say it was very hot with the work to be done outside and inside my home. Work started out descent inside the home and outside. My main issue was the plumbing in the laundry room that was pretty bad. I hired a plumber to evaluate the job on plumbing and he said it was pretty bad. The plumber had to rip out the patched drywall that wasn't completed and redo all the botched plumbing. I cut my losses and moved on. It cost me to refix the botched work another $1600. There were also other items not completed and come back Another day to hopefully finish. I thought the tech was coming back the the following day but sent him onto other jobs and I would have to reschedule again. Every trip to the customer costs $70 and the problem I have with that is every day another job not completed and the trip charges are accumulating.

HCC has been a very skilled and knowledgeable craftsmen. Plus, they show up everyday, on time and delivered what we asked for. I highly recommend this contractor for any job you have and want completed. All work is guaranteed in writing …..who else offers that. Nobody!
