Reviews of local pros in Benton, Kentucky

After the well installers did not finishing the job of connecting the line and electric to the house we called Thompson. First time using them and we will continue to use them.. Very timely and professional. Super nice guys. Job well done.

Quick response and quick, efficient service.

Great people and service. They went the extra mile to get everything right.

Thompson’s Plumbing is a very respectable business with outstanding character and integrity. My water was replaced within one day when I called them. I will call them again when I need a plumber.

When you need them, they are there! My handyman had issues replacing a gas line and Thompson Plumbing answered the phone and most importantly got my new hot water heater installed professionally and quickly.

I’m a property manager, and Thompson Plumbing has been fantastic to work with. They coordinated smoothly with both me and my maintenance team and recently installed new pumps on our sewer lift station with skill and professionalism. Their team was kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Thompson Plumbing truly goes above and beyond — highly recommend!

Finally. Found a plumber here that is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, dependable, fast, efficient, and above all does good work. They might be a little more than your other local outfits here but it's because of their higher attention to detail, quality of work, and higher ethical standards for their employees and providing them with a good salary and benefits to ensure good honest and fair labor/trade relationship. Thank you so much for getting our radiant hydronic heating system installed for us. It's awesome! We are glad to have you in this area and will definitely be calling you back for any future projects or plumbing needs.
