Considering other options they are not all that expensive and you can expect fast and friendly service. Our air went out on a super hot day,and even though they were booked tight they still made it to my house.

The gentleman that came to the house was very helpful, nice and courteous. I enjoyed his conversation and he was very knowledgeable about his work. I would highly recommend this company for anyone in need of electrical work.

Pike did one small repair job for us which stopped working again shortly after. We have tried calling them many times even offering thousands of dollars worth of more work, and can't get a call back. We are told someone will call us back and they never do. I would not call them expecting a professional level of service.

Thank you guys for treating my Father like you did. Another disabled Veteran you've disrespected. I'd give you zero stars if I could, but 1 star was the lowest option possible. To the Veteran Community: DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY!! DON'T APOLOGIZE TO MY FATHER FOR THE WAY YOU TREATED HIM. QUIT MAKING EXCUSES FOR YOUR BEHAVIOR to make your business look like it cares to the public when you don't.

One of the talented electricians from Pike Electric came out to our home in Brandenburg and installed two chandeliers and also a dimmer switch.

The electrician was a gentleman and the work done was exceptional.

No issues with the lights and almost a year later everything works and looks great!

So, let me start at the beginning. The storms and winds that came through Memorial day weekend, broke two large branches of my tree and hit my power line on the side of my home. Leaving me in the dark. Upon inspection I saw my power line on the ground and smoke rolling out of my power box. I dialed 911 the fire dept. Responded and flagged down RECC, well they looked at it and then they just left. The power line was live for three days and my house smoldering. After the weekend and 3 more days, I finally got in touch with RECC who then came back, and did a temporary fix. I was told to contact a electric person to fix it as soon as possible. Being a severely disabled veteran who can barely walk. This really worried me, so I contacted Pike electric and sent pics as well. And was told we will contact you, well days later no word, so I called back, and was told, by the person who answered the phone. Well I'm sure it's not that bad, and other people don't have air conditioning, so I contacted Mr. Electric in Elizabethtown who immediately came out. The damage was severe over 8000.00 in damages. I never wrote a review on anyone in my life, but Pike electric made me feel so unimportant, and like I was just an old man panicking over nothing. I thought it was Pike Electric not Pike HVAC. But thanks for putting this veteran in my place. I'm truly sorry to bother you. And I hope you treat others better than you treated me.
