Unprofessional employees. It should never take 14 days to receive a lid latch for a washer. I waited 2 weeks for a part to supposedly come in. No one bothered calling to follow up, I had to call multiple times to even be seen. Yet they canceled my service request. The home warranty people chose this company. This company can not be trusted to return call or be honest about shipped items, lied straight to me about leaving a message,then when I called to complain they canceled my service. Your at a 3.5 that pretty bad.. I should have googled you.
