BE WARNED! I wouldn't be surprised if this company is out of business before current projects get completed. Check his other businesses, he has multiple lawsuits. They say all the right things up front to get the initial deposit and contract signed and then it's a total nightmare, he has you.

Tony and his crew designed and created the most amazing back yard heaven for us. All our neighbors walk by and dream of having their own. We will be calling them soon to add a beautiful fence. We love your work, your vision and your service. THANK YOU!!

We are in the process of having our pool put into the ground and having a custom backyard. Shaq has been a great project manager so far, and I am looking forward to seeing the finished project by Derby Day I will post pictures later.

Appears on paper that this company does very good work but in my experience, they didn't appreciate somebody on a budget. When the owner came out for a quote, I told the him what I had to spend, they sent me a rendering that was way outside the budget; once I asked them to give me a setup I could afford, they stopped answering the phones and have not responded to email and voice mails. Essentially telling them to take my money and build a pool with the 45k. Not sure what happened

My pool and patio installed a pool for us about 5 years ago. Process was very simple and they were very professional. I still talk to them and ask them questions. Highly recomend them to all of my friends.

I hired Tony and his crew lay pavers over my existing concrete pool deck because the existing concrete slabs were uneven, and the overall look of the aging concrete wasn't aesthetically pleasing. First, I'd like to say that Tony is a wonderful guy and his crews are very friendly as well. This isn't a personal attack on him; however, I can't say that I'm happy with his company. The crew did a great job of laying the pavers in a timely manner, but the polymeric sand they used to fill the joints made an absolute mess of my pool. The sand failed to harden which resulted in countless clogged filters and a chronically filthy pool for the better half of a year. After several phone calls and emails over an extended period of time, Tony stood behind his warranty and agreed to replace the faulty sand. The friendly crew that came out to replace the sand showed up without a power washer and a broom. Basically everything you need to complete the job. I allowed them to use my residential grade power washer until their commercial washer was available.I also lended my brooms and whatever else they needed. Unfortunately they ended up using my power washer for the entire job which put extreme wear and tear on my personal equipment. Power washing the old sand out and laying new sand is a messy process so Tony agreed to clean my pool after they completed the restoration. Once again they showed up without any cleaning equipment. They expected to use mine. My pool robot isn't capable of such a large job so they were forced to find an alternative. They ended up use a standard vacuum line which sucked all that sand into my cartridge filter. I politely asked them to clean the filter out after they were finished vacuuming the copious amounts of sand out of the pool. They didn't. The filter was completely clogged and full of sand. My expensive Hayward pool heater was also covered in hardened sand. In summary, here's what to expect:

- Very little quality control
- Unprepared crews
- They will leave a mess
- No follow-up after the job

I still have plenty of loose sand between my pavers that refuses to harden for whatever reason, and sand still dumps into my pool on a daily basis. It's been a constant struggle to keep the pool clean ever since we had the pavers installed. Tony is local and he's a nice guy, but I would look elsewhere.

Zach is super friendly and knowledgeable about the pools and equipment. Our pool was installed without any issues. We love My Pool and Patio! Highly recommend.

Tony was always very prompt in returning phone calls and text messages answering my questions. Our pool was actually put in ahead of schedule. Our first filter was not operating properly so they took care of the problem and cleaned the pool twice to get it ready for opening after a storm ruined the first cleaning. I will say the yard took a hit from the equipment so we need to do some work to correct that, but we knew that going into the project. I would recommend this company to friends.

Yesterday we turned on the heater in our pool to enjoy one last day of floating. #mypoolandpatio They did a Fantastic job with our pool “Lil Bob XL”. They were patient with our end of project decisions and met the deadline of having it ready for our Grand daughter's first birthday

They were quick to respond to a pump error we were having and put it on a schedule that was trouble free the rest of the summer.

I just had a fiberglass pool installed by My Pool & Patio. I mostly dealt with Russ, and the advice that he provided for placement of the pool was spot on. Mitchell was great to work with on the contract and changes that were necessary along the way. They're experienced, professional, and easy to work with. I definitely recommend if you're looking for a pool.

Way to go! My Pool & Patio!!! You all did what we thought was impossible— got us swimming this summer in our beautiful pool. What a ride it’s been. You all were the quickest company to respond to a request for a quote and the only one that let us know that it would be impossible to put a pool in at our now former home. Mitchell, your wisdom led us to buy a new space! That’s just how important this pool was to us! Your estimate was by far the most reasonable and your timeline the most optimistic. We feared it was too good to be true. However, as luck would have it (and let’s face it we are feeling pretty lucky) good friends of ours were also using you to install a pool. Katie held our hand while we applied for all the permits. Russ and Shelby laid out the process and assuaged any questions. The hole was dug an the pool dropped in as if by magic. The concrete shortage delayed us a bit, but the final results were worth the wait. Tony made sure everything was finished as expected and even patiently guided me through a bit of a problem on the 4th. Now it’s fun and sun! Thanks so much.

My Pool and Patio was fantastic to work with. From the beginning to the end, they were responsive and answered all of my questions. Their pricing was better than the other four companies who gave me a bid, however, I didn’t have to sacrifice quality, service or professionalism to get that price. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend My Pool and Patio to anyone looking to have an inground fiberglass pool installed!

When you purchase all the bells & whistles with a 100K inground pool it doesn't mean you'll get 100K like service!! The products they sell are good but of all the businesses or contractors I had to deal with, My Pool & Patio gets the poorest grade when it comes to communication, honesty & service!! First on communication - They have a liaison guy that is suppose to work with you to tell you what is going on & when things will happen. The guy was poorly trained & useless. People would show up without notice or if there was a problem that needed addressing - it never got addressed properly or done. The communication inhouse is just as poor. The day the pool got installed, the installer Eric looked at me like I had 2 heads when I asked about the installation of the auto pool cover hole. He immediately ran to his truck to talk to the office. When installers come to install & they find out from the client what is being installed - that is poor management that goes all the way to the top! Honesty - One guy touched on this in his review, once they have you under contract & get the money, the level of professionalism drops!!! They tell you what you want to hear or what they think they know about their own product(?) & if they told you wrong or it didn't happen - they lie or make excuses! Service - lets just say when they were done I had concrete globs left in the bottom of the pool along with shoe scuff marks. The worst had to be the concrete streaks left around the pool walls. The owner Tony actually wanted me to try a test & clean with muriatic acid. Why should I be doing anything to clean your mistake? I had a waterfall spray bar added & the guys read the book for 45 minutes on how to install the light bulb. Yes, it got laughable at times! Anyways, I fired them from doing anymore work. I have already hired somebody else who has addressed the issues & closed the pool. What's funny is I told a few people about them because they wanted a pool. One went with & one didn't. A lot of pool companies are 1-1 1/2 years out on installs. When My Pool & Patio said a few months - it did concern me! I gave them 2 stars for the products & the install crew. Eric & his guys as far as inground work & plumbing did a good job. He did forget to bury one electric line & it was his guys who left the scuff marks on the pool floor.
My one word - BEWARE!

Five stars isn't a high enough review. My Pool and Patio are highly professional and easy to communicate with regarding all aspects of the process. They were patient with us as we learned all about installing an inground pool. I know we probably bugged them too much but they never complained. We can't wait to use our new pool for the first time!

We had an amazing experiencing using My Pool and Patio. We had other quotes before choosing to use them and no one made us feel as comfortable as their staff (Mitchell and Shelby). We felt like we knew what everything would look like before they ever broke ground. They communicated everything to us when needed and have responded quickly to our questions. We can’t wait to use our pool this year and are thankful we chose them.

My Pool and Patio performed a warranty service call on a Hayward product I purchased elsewhere. The service technician was informative, answering all my questions, and did a thorough job on the salt cell. In the end, they honored the warranty and replaced the cell. I had a difficult time finding a service provider to do this work until reaching My Pool and Patio. Brittany and Branson were great. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with the whole experience working with My Pool & Patio, from sales (Mitchell) to construction (Shaq), and pool school. Being first time pool owners there was a lot to take in but they worked with us to ensure our questions were answered. Customer service and communication were great. We expect to enjoy our new pool for years to come!

Just started the dig today and Russ snd his team have been great!! Very good at explaining the process and answering any questions. Today was the dig, gravel base, insert pool and level pool.
Fingers crossed the rest of the process is as smooth and efficient as day 1.
