Landscape Lighting Designer reviews in Burlington, Kentucky

This place is shady, I don't know anyone that would want this company to do work for them. World Class??? I don't think so... You don't know what goes on at this place ... Just saying...these people are just bad people. Do humanity a favor, hire another company...

Christmas light installation is always on time and looks fantastic. Install crews are very professional and courteous.

Been working with them for years. Do not miss the opportunity to work with them.

Karalea has always been available when we call. The employees are polite and get their jobs done. Everything looks nice and neat after they are finished.

Doubled my mowing rate this year. Recieved a letter stating due to increased insurance and costs my 2019 rate was adjusted. And stated "thanks for understanding this minimal increas". When inquired about minimal meaning double, I was told it was due to a bad quote, and I recited a "form letter". That quote was three years ago. Up untill that I had nothing but good things to say.

Wow! We have used this amazing group for the last few years as they transform our house with Christmas lights! It just makes the season for our family. Karralea and team are so kind, so professional and do everything with excellence!

Since 2009 I have relied on the Decor Group for my yearly Christmas light installation and each year it is magical! Also some Hardscapes around my home.
Service is everything and that’s what I get with Karralea and Michael! Highly recommend

Sorely disappointed with the Decor of NKY. We were thrilled to have them back this year to install our Christmas lights, but they did not call or show up the week they were scheduled. I understand weather put them behind, but a phone call or a confirmed date for installation would have been nice. This company is truly focused on commercial work and residential is an after thought. I called this morning looking for update or a next schedule date, and the young woman I spoke to was lovely and apologetic, but she could not provide either. The Decor Group’s inabilty to staff up for residential work, provide updates regarding scheduling, and ultimately, get our lights up in a timely manor, has left us without Christmas light this year. We will not use this company again, nor would I recommend them at this point. We were issued a full refund of our deposit.

The Decor group did it again... another AWESOME job!!!! They do the BEST great pricing and are in and out before you know it!

I have been a customer for several years. Customer service at its best. We get compliments all Christmas season for how beautiful our place looks. The installation team is very polite and professional. Thank you so much.

May I please tell everyone… The Decor Group - A+… Wonderful consulting, chose the right products to use and turned out even better than expected at the end. Can’t wait to find another project to get them back!! You can never have too many Christmas lights!! Hire them!!

Karralea, owner of The Decor Group of NKY, and her team are focused on providing a high level of customer service. Karralea and her team are responsive, easy to work with, and excel in all that they do. From snow plowing to Christmas light installation and takedown, they do it all and do it well. They have my highest recommendation.

The Decor Group of Northern KY has taken care of Forcht Bank's Lawncare and Christmas Decorations for years. They are extremely professional, reliable, and go above and beyond to make sure that their clients are well taken care of!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review

Our company has worked with Decor' Group for over 20 years, and they have been nothing short of exceptional. They handle our lawn care, snow removal, and landscaping, and the quality of their work has always been outstanding. Their team is professional, reliable, and consistently delivers excellent results.

What truly sets them apart is the ownership. They are responsive, fair, and some of the nicest people we’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. It’s rare to find a company that combines this level of professionalism with genuine care for their customers.

If you’re looking for a partner you can trust year after year, you won’t find anyone better. Highly recommended.
