The team at Johnson Heating & Cooling are fantastic. When I moved to my house a few years ago, I noticed the service records from Johnson Heating & Cooling, so I decided to continue with them as they were familiar with my systems. Boy am I glad I did. My technician Daniel has been outstanding, and Kelly at the office makes scheduling and payments super easy. I would highly recommend Johnson Heating for all of your HVAC needs.

Bradford Peoples was friendly explained issues and went over options. I would highly recommend company.

Heat went out Dec. 30th. Was having trouble finding anyone with an opening before Jan 3rd. Johnson's got us in on the 31st. They actually saved our lives. Furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and could not be turned back on until that was fixed. We decided to have the 30+ yr old Furnace replaced. That means space heaters until after the 1st but we are good with that. We are having them handle the replacement, will do another review for that once the job is completed. The Tech (Matt, if I remember correctly) was very professional, spotted the leak fast. Answered all our questions with knowledge. Thank you and Happy New Year!

Matt was great, he explained the steps and process of what he was doing and helped me learn a couple things today. He was friendly and professional and my problems turned out to be a simple easy fix. They were able to come out to diagnostic and fix the problem in the same day and it didn't take too long.

Our heating and air was 26 years old. We were recommended to Johnson. They came in and went over the whole house checking our vents and duct work. Very precessional job. They ordered everything we needed at that time. A team of young men came in on 1-13-25 and replaced all of our old equipment and relocated a new thermostat for us. A great hard working team that worked in the cold to get us back up and running. We will be doing all our business with Johnson in the future. Hats off to a great professional team. From the office to the installers.

Highly recommend Johnson heating and cooling. Greg and his crew installed a brand new heat pump and a bigger furnace at my house about 7 years ago and did a fantastic job. My dad and I are remodeling a house downtown Maysville, and the customer needed an updated thermostat. Called Johnson company, and Matt came down in and installed a new one so my dad and I could finish drywalling. Matt did a fantastic job and was quick and very nice

Absolutely amazing service! My air conditioner went out on a Sunday. The technician answered my call after 2 rings and showed up within a hour. They fixed the problem within 20 minutes and saved us from 95 degree weather.

I cannot praise this company enough! The crew that installed our new system was fast and efficient! Everyone was super courteous of our needs and answered all questions we had. And the fact that they schedule to come back after everything is installed to make sure everything is running properly just blew me away! Totally professional from the first contact with the office. They contacted us about expected arrival times and informed us along the way when exactly our technician would arrive. Matt came to our house to service our air conditioner explained everything he was doing and the cost associated with things he recommended. We will definitely be a customer for life. We have been using Johnson HVAC for several years now and couldn’t be happier with the service and care we receive. They are on time and professional but also personable and kind. Sean came today and he couldn’t have done a better job. So nice to see young professionals with a great work ethic! Highly recommend! My family and I are very greatful for Johnson Heating & Cooling. Our gas furnace was leaking a deadly amount right before the brutal cold hit this past January. Billy was very clear and direct on what my options were. They showed up and did a MAJOR job very efficiently. Customer service cannot be beat. Everyone we were in contact with was very polite and helpful. They had our heat up and going before the cold front hit. I highly recommend them.

I called Johnson heating and cooling when my AC was not putting out cold air and within an hour their technician Keith came over and fixed it. He was very nice and worked quickly. I would recommend using Johnson Heating and Cooling and time you have an issue with your AC unit.
