We had an issue with our doorbell. Called and someone answered which is always nice. Wasn’t at the office but called back quickly and got me on the books. It was less than a day between making the call and getting the doorbell fixed. They spent their time trying to figure out exactly what the issue was. Once they found it, it was a simple fix and had everything put back together in no time.

Do recommend.

I’m sure they have great electricians but avoid meeting one of their trucks on the Etown bypass on a Friday afternoon. Jesus Christ man, you ain’t the only one trying to get home. Some of us just want to get there safely.

My wife called and made an appointment for Wednesday the 30th of September to get an outside motion sensor light installed. Not only did no one show up but they didn't even call us to let us know they wouldn't be here, even after my wife called twice and left messages. If this is the customer service that they provide recommend no one use them

Finally! A local E-town company that works on residential properties! I needed to bathroom light/vents installed (larger than original), they came and did an excellent job, with a very fair price. Very polite & professional electricians. I would definitely recommend this company.

I literally watched a BE truck run a solid red light College St/Bypass at about 9:50am 12/14/24. He was passing me faster than 63MPH because thats what I was doing before slowing down coming up to the light, but he didn't slow down at all though it was red, drove straight through almost hitting a van with the right of way coming out of College St.

The team from Bud's Electric completed a whole-house refresh of all of our yellow-colored in-ceiling lights as well as the bulbs in various other fixtures, replacing them with bright white lights. We couldn't be more pleased with the reasonable price, the outstanding results, and with the courtesy and care shown to us and for our home as the crew maneuvered a huge ladder around to reach several lights in our vaulted ceiling!
