I contacted Gleason to get a small job done. They were very friendly and helpful initially, but then never showed up or called in the week time frame I was promised. I called mid-week to follow up and was assured that everything was fine, yet I never received any further contact until the week following when I needed the job completed. Very unprofessional in my opinion, but can't speak to the work they do as they were a no-call/no-show.

I was recommended by a friend to give Premiere Electric a call for some outlets that needed to be grounded per a home inspection I had. I needed the job done ASAP due to the timing of my house closing. The owner went as far as to have me email him my inspection report so he could evaluate as best he could what was needed to be done. I had a scheduled time/date within 2 days of the initial call, which I was very grateful for due to the time restraints. The election sent was super efficient, had the job done in 30 minutes and without issues. I even made the request to have the invoice sent ASAP noting what was done sent right away so I could provide to my realtor for purposes of closing. I had the invoice the next day! Tanner and Annie arrived on time, I reviewed the issues with them, and they immediately got to work diagnosing the issue and then resolving the problem. The line needed to be run from the house to the lamppost through the garden. Once they were done, everything was returned to it original state. They did an excellent job in a timely manner.
