I highly recommend Fine Point for any and all inspections! Eric is incredible. He was friendly, detailed, and very knowledgeable. I had a general house inspection done, and I really appreciate the way he explained his findings to me. It was super informative and easy to understand. I could not have asked for a better experience or a better inspector!

Very professional and thorough home inspection. Eric is extremely knowledgeable and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. After multiple inspections, Eric gave us a break and an excellent price on the last one. Highly recommend.

Fine Point inspections (Eric) was very thorough, knowledgeable and very helpful when inspecting this property we are planning on purchasing. Very professional and friendly as well. Very glad we had him do our inspection and would recommend him highly to anyone interested in purchasing a home.

Received exceptional service from Eric, who demonstrated a high level of expertise regarding the home inspection process. Although I was unable to attend the inspection in person, Eric provided a comprehensive debrief later that day. He was thorough and precise in outlining the specific items that required verification.

We highly recommend Fine Point Home Inspections. We worked with Eric; he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Eric was always on time and answered all our questions. First time home buyer here. Didn't know anything about what to except with a home inspection. So called around and the best person I spoke to was Erick. He was very friendly ,and helpful. He was also able to schedule an inspection quickly . When the appointment came Erick was very thorough ,took lots of pictures, he answered all my questions throughout the process and he even came back to look on the roof a few days after it snowed. He sent reports right away and compared to other inspectors he was very reasonably priced and didn't try to oversell his services like the other guys did. Highly recommend fine points home inspection 👍👍

Eric was great! I called when we had put an offer on a house and we needed an inspection done within 7 days, every other inspector was booked until the last day we needed it done, but Eric moved around his schedule to work with us and got it done a day later! He did an amazing job and inspected every inch of the house and told us exactly everything that we needed to get done and gave great suggestions on how to fix the problems! On top of that he’s a great communicator and a very knowledgeable guy! Definitely would recommend Eric for any of your home or building property inspections!

During our home buying process, Eric inspected several houses for us. I cannot say enough good things about him! He saved us from purchasing several houses that needed major repairs beyond what we were willing to do. He is friendly, professional, always on time, and gets the report back to you quickly. His knowledge and expertise surpassed our expectations, and he explains his findings clearly. If you're looking to buy a house or needing to know what repairs need to be done prior to selling, I highly recommend Eric for your home inspection!
