House Cleaning reviews in Covington, Kentucky

They are incredibly polite and courteous, and outstandingly thorough. Will be using them again for sure.

I utilized Mella window services to clean my exterior windows. Before starting the project they entered my home and removed the window screens. Upon completion of the job, I noticed gouges, debris, dirty hand prints and scratches on the window sills. I contacted Mella to discuss my concerns and I was reassured that I would receive a phone call from the operations manager. It’s been a week and I have not heard back.

I will not use Mella Services again.

David was excellent! Took his time, super friendly, very knowledgeable and got stains out of old carpet that we were both sure wouldn’t come clean! Great great value!!

Had Mella out to clean my carpets this afternoon. Zack and Cheston were very friendly and professional. Zach took time to explain their process and they were conscientious about cleaning any residue on the landing inside the front door on their way out. Carpets look great and I wouldn’t have any other carpet cleaning company clean my carpets…Mella is the best! I highly recommend them to you!

Zack did a fantastic job on our carpets! Besides being very knowledgeable and thorough in his work, he is a super nice, friendly, polite, young man.

We had a great experience with Mella! Zach and Cheston were friendly, professional, and did an amazing job cleaning the carpets and upholstered chairs at our business. They removed all the stains from high traffic area and everything looks and smells fresh again. The owner runs a top-notch operation—you can tell they really care about quality and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend Mella for any business or home cleaning needs!

Tyler and Davis were amazing! Left me extra towels and cleaner so I could clean the windows in the bedroom they could not get access to!!

Mella is the best! We just had our carpet cleaned in our condo, which hasnt been done in 10+ years.. safe to say it looks good as new! Zach & Cheston were extremely professional & kind when coming to do our cleaning. I would recommend to anyone!!

We used Mella to clean our large windows for the past 4 years or so. They’ve always been on time and scheduling is easy with a phone call. We finally had our whole house exterior all cleaned up after being in the house for six years, they did a wonderful job and our house looked better than the day we moved in. The price is very reasonable (it includes window cleaning) and we will definitely have a Mella do exterior wash once every two years or so.
