I have found Rusk to be extremely professional with attention to details. They always do what they say they can do and are on time. Their work is of the highest quality. They installed a Furnace and AC system for me which required a substantial amount of fitting to put things together. I was very pleased with how they did this, keeping me informed, and came up with solutions which exceeded my expectations. After the work was done they made sure that everything was spotless. I can recommend them highly.

My husband and I contacted Rusk Heating and Cooling in the Spring of this year to set up a meeting to have our air handler and heat pump replaced. You hear all the time from companies about how important your business is to them, but many times the actual interaction with them does not result in good service standards. Rusk Heating and Cooling has provided a remarkable experience for us from the initial sales meeting all the way to the final installation. This company stated that they wanted to make sure we were satisfied and would follow up to make sure of that. Any questions that we had, resulted with responses not only from customer service or the sales department, but also higher level management and the company owner. Great Experience. This is why we are a repeat customer!

The gentleman was knowledgeable & courteous. He spent time to familiarize me with the thermostat functions. Accommodating when I asked him if he could move his van to allow me out of the driveway. We will stay with Doc. Rusk!!

My AC basically exploded in the heat of summer a couple weeks back. I called Rusk and they were out WITHIN THE HOUR. Once we realized it couldn’t be fixed, they had someone out to give me a quote on a new one in less than an hour. I had my problem diagnosed, and an affordable solution/ plan laid out for me by the end of day. John Treas was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to work with a unique situation in my old home within my budget. I couldn’t recommend this company more! My AC is working great and my payments are extremely affordable.

Rusk provides excellent service, their technicians are professional, knowledgeable and get in and out quickly. Over the years we have used them for system repair, replacement and they installed a new system in an addition we added to our house. We were pleasantly surprised that the monthly Gas & Electric bill was less when using both systems. Their prices are reasonable and they are very trustworthy. Highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

Rusk installed a new AC furnace unit and we couldn’t be happier with their team of people. They are incredibly responsive, very patient with questions, knowledgeable. They installed a second thermostat for us because we wanted the old fashion kind. Just excellent service all around. Highly recommended.

Since I signed on to a Rusk contract for maintenance, a major source of worry about my heating and air conditioning system has gone away. The Company is reliable and helpful, and I have found them conscientious. I have just asked them to install an air purifier, and I am delighted with the result. They recommended a company to clean my ducts before the new system was installed, and they too were terrific. Based on long experience, I trust the people at Rusk to advise me and take care of my systems, and I have not ever been disappointed. I wish I had a Rusk for all he other essential systems I have to take care of.

Rusk does it right! They have been my family’s HVAC provider for 64 years!!! We have lived in 3 different homes during that time and Rusk has kept us warm in the winter and comfortably cool in summer. Their technicians are professionly trained, polite, friendly and impressively knowledgeable. I am pleased to have the opportunity to give Rusk a 110% approval rating!

We chose Rusk…the owner came to give the estimate, was extremely knowledgeable and helped us understand what would work best for our home, and gave us a competitive price! We've had Rusk for over 15 years in both our homes. They are reliable, can't remember a time when they didn't come when they promised. They are courteous, quiet, and respectful, being a lot more careful of my ivory carpet than my cat is! They have even saved me money when I thought I wanted something I didn't really need. I thoroughly recommend that you call them, and also, take advantage of their yearly checks. I would have sweltered this summer if they hadn't caught the problem before the A/C quit.

Simply the best service I have ever experienced with a heating contractor. Needed a new furnace on short order this winter. Later, twice had trouble getting a smart thermostat to work smoothly. Second time decided to revert to what I had been used to. Rusk personnel all along the line were patient, courteous, and prompt well beyond the call of duty. Competent, painstakingly thorough with the installation, understanding on the issue of the smart thermostat. I recommend Rusk without reservation.

So pleased so far with Rusk Heating and Cooling. We have an old boiler system with forced hot water. We needed to move a radiator in our master bathroom to an opposite wall to accommodate the new design. Professional, timely, courteous, and experts in the field, we were so pleased with the work they did moving the supply/return plumbing lines. Highly recommend, especially if you have a boiler heating system.

I have never used a locksmith before but this guy had good reviews and was also the cheapest price I found for being locked out. He helped me a ton, answered all my stuff and even offered some suggestions of what I could try to save some money. I appreciated his honesty and helpfulness.

He came out to us quickly and got us back into our car and even offered to make us a spare key. Everything about this was awesome and I will only use these guys if I am ever in this situation again.

We experienced AC problems on a Friday night and left a message. We were called back Saturday morning and the tech was here by about 10 AM. He diagnosed the problem and gave us options for repairs. The AC was up and running before noon. Overall, we were treated fairly and they do good work. We are very satisfied with Rusk.

The Rusk team was professional from the walk-thru and estimate to the completion of the work. Very timely in getting things done, great product (we had the entire HVAC system replaced) and competitive price. Customer service was great. I highly recommend the folks at Rusk!

Rusk was wonderful! I had called late Sunday night when my a/c went out and left a voicemail. The next morning I received a phone call back as soon as they opened and was able to schedule a technician to come out same day. Ron arrived on time, was courteous, professional, and fixed the problem within the hour. It was fair pricing for the work completed. I would recommend giving them a call for any HVAC need!

Our AC has been out for about a month or so. This week's heat wave had us desperate for some reprieve. We called Rusk and Ron was here the next day. He told us the overall issue and offered a temporary fix so would could save up for the bigger problem. We are beyond grateful and will continue working with Rusk in the future!

Our business, Professional Properties, uses Rusk Heating and Cooling for all of our HVAC repairs and/or new units that were damaged by water or fire. They do an excellent job for us! I have also used them for my home and they show up on time and are very courteous to all of our homeowners who need their services. We have never had a complaint about them at all!
