I have found Rusk to be extremely professional with attention to details. They always do what they say they can do and are on time. Their work is of the highest quality. They installed a Furnace and AC system for me which required a substantial amount of fitting to put things together. I was very pleased with how they did this, keeping me informed, and came up with solutions which exceeded my expectations. After the work was done they made sure that everything was spotless. I can recommend them highly.

Rusk installed a second AC unit to service the second floor of our home. There was no unit there previously so the job required a good deal of thought and planning. The unit selection and work was done quickly and efficiently. The installation team was knowledgeable, and courteous.. Three months after install they scheduled a free Service call to evaluate the unit’s performance. They are not the lowest cost provider but they deliver outstanding value.. Their techs are long term associates; well trained .

My husband and I contacted Rusk Heating and Cooling in the Spring of this year to set up a meeting to have our air handler and heat pump replaced. You hear all the time from companies about how important your business is to them, but many times the actual interaction with them does not result in good service standards. This company stated that they wanted to make sure we were satisfied and would follow up to make sure of that.
