Edit 6/1/22 Starting with Tyler W. - he was great as a comfort care specialist. He was very thorough in explaining my options for a new furnace. It needed replacement due to a crack in the heat exchanger. The unit was very old so I knew the time was coming. I didn’t feel hurried or in a rush to make a decision. After purchasing we had next day installation from Nicky M., Dalton B., and Jake - all 3 were very respectful and took their time to ensure the job was done correctly. They explained how to use my new thermostat and how everything works with the new furnace and humidifier. They explained clearly when filters needed to be changed as well as how to do each one in particular. I am very satisfied with all aspects of dealing with the guys from Arlinghaus. I will definitely recommend their service and I look forward to working with them when I am due for any type of service. —Jeffrey Cook was a fantastic technician. He was very thorough and precise in his work. He went through everything with me as he was working. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and would prefer to have him as my technician for any future maintenance needs. Overall the company and service has been outstanding.

I called for a consult and they wanted to charge me $269 to replace a part that only cost $19 to buy. I respectfully told them no and did it myself. I might be old and single but I’m not dumb. The guy was nice and friendly though.

Arlinghaus was prompt in getting a technician to our home when our heat stopped working. Kind. Courteous. Our tech Aaron was very knowledgeable and took time to show me pictures of the issues (that I feel were missed by a different company). He was friendly and great to work with. Definitely will use in the future with our Happy Home Service.
