When my furnace and A/C went out a couple years ago, I didn't know where to turn until a contractor friend of mine recommended Graue. My friend had known Rick, since retired, but his son came out and after some repair on the old system I had both the furnace and A/C replaced. Adam did an amazing job. I have an old house with a lot of irregularities and the install was done better than I'd have expected. He got it all done in a day and it's worked perfectly in the two years since. I think what impressed me most is that he didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need and was honest from the first interaction to the last. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Graue provides an exceptional level of HVAC service. Since we started using them, we won't let anyone else service our HVAC system. We have had Adam service our HVAC on multiple occasions and he is very courteous, and always willing to take a minute or two to explain exactly what he is doing and why. This is a very honest business as well - they will take the time to thoroughly diagnose a problem and present the most economical ways to fix it. They avoid the whole "it looks like your going to need a whole new unit" routine that you will hear from many less reputable dealers.
