I went there and met Eric Smith. He was so very helpful. I have already told my friends about him and his business. He got me me things that I needed, that I couldn't find any other place. I was told by my friends that they will go there if they need something. You will really like this place. I will go back if I need things myself.

Eric at Bare Bones Plumbing Supply was awesome! This past Saturday I needed three new handles for some very old Sterling stems and a diverter that were stripped out but nowhere had them in stock or they were closed. I reached out to BBPS at 9:48am using the messaging option and had a response from Eric in less than 1 minute. After messaging pics of the handles I needed he said they had them and I could come by in 2 days on Monday. Unfortunately I needed them so the family could shower. He offered to meet me at the shop 3 hours later at 1pm and then messaged me that he could actually get there an hour earlier which was incredible considering it was 94 degrees!! I will definitely be back for future plumbing needs. Thanks Eric!!

Very helpful. He has many rebuild kits for faucets others don't, and if he doesn't have it he knows where to find it.

Eric always has the plumbing parts that no other store has. And if he doesn’t have it, he can get it ordered like the next day a lot of times his Customer Service is great Bare-Bones all the way he saved us many times from having to wait for a part to complete a job.

Service was super quick & done efficiently! Giovanni was also super friendly!

We had a leak in our bathroom drain line and needed emergency help to fix as it was draining into our basement. Someone was there within a few hours to address the issue and fix it. They were very professional and helpful.

I have a clog on an exterior line to which my downspout is connected. I paid $480 to have a technician (good guy) come out and clear. He wasn't able to do it with the tools available, so he set up a subsequent visit with a technician (another good guy) who had camera capability that would help me locate the clog. What the main office didn't tell me was that to have technician #2 locate the clog would cost me another $580 (final fix not included). So let me sum up..... prior to the Roto Rooter visit, I knew that I had a clog. Now $480 later, I've confirmed that I have a clog. Next time this happens, I'm going to call a plumber who can offer me a one-stop solution.

Mike, David and Chris were excellent in explaining every process and procedures they implemented with their services. They were upfront and honest in telling me what it would cost, their professional opinion in helping me to decide what else would be needed to maintain my sewer line. I appreciate all that they did and would recommend this team to the next potential customer.

Mike helped to clean my sewer line from the house to the street that I do as part of prevention since I have large trees on my property and my lines are the older clay type. He did a great job for a great price. He was in and out and very personable and professional .Thanks Mike for the great service that I have come to expect from Roto-Rooter and now yourself specifically. Not much to share here. Called at 12:15. I was told they would be here in an hour, with maybe some road time slowing them down. I got a text at 1:15 saying they were running behind but I was next.
4:15… no roto rooter. Come on. There goes your reputation down the drain.

The manager responded same day , but wants me to do more work than his staff so he can fix the problem. I am not sure how to reply to his reply, but I will suggest he figures how many people got screwed by his companies ability to execute this last weekend and follow up on his own. Should not be hard to figure out how many people got denied, and , when I called to cancel they said they would inform you of this lack of ability to show up. Doesn’t sound like they did.

Mike came Wednesday morning and fixed my issues with plumbing. He kept me informed the whole time, really nice guy. Thanks Mike!

Chris came after Mike the same day, he checked the pipes with a camera. He advised me on what needed to be done next. Thanks Chris.

They came to fix a clog in my laundry sink. The first time I ran the laundry it clogged again. They were supposed to come back yesterday. I have been “next in line” according to the automated texts they send but it’s been two days! $500 and a week later I still can’t run the wash or dishwasher.

The representatives I worked with were very professional and knowledgeable. They explain what the next process was and then again, the outcome. I really appreciated they were there on such short notice and took care of the issue I was having. I would definitely use this company again.
