Timely. Responsive. Professional. CityTop Roofing made the entire process easy - scheduling and coordination were a snap and the prices were completely reasonable.

Chris was great through whole experience, 3 crews showed up the day to put on new shingles and worked until late and finished.

We had a large tree fall from a storm. They responded quickly and removed the tree from a roof, fence, and yard. They checked roofing for damage. They were prompt and thorough. Would highly recommend.

Chris was super helpful when a tree fell in our roof this fall. He was able to come out and put a patch on our roof and worked with us to help get our insurance type information it needed to get everything repaired.

I used CityTop Roofing because they were referred to me for tree trimming. They gave me a quick estimate, did the work quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and gave me a quick quote on additional areas that could be a problem soon in case I wanted to take care of that for a discounted rate since they were already there. Very satisfied, will be my first call for any of their services!

CityTop provided a shingle roof replacement for my property in Newport. The company helped facilitate the insurance claim process and did a great job! I recommend this company for your roofing-related needs....justsayingMs☆

Excellent to do business with all around. Professional, trustworthy, knowledgable, very hard working and a high quality job well done. The quoting and collaboration with my insurance company was made easy. The crew arrived as scheduled and worked amazingly to get the job done on time as planned. CityTop double checked everything to ensure the job was well done and that I was very satisfied. I highly recommend without hesitation.

City Top installed a metal roof on our commercial building in Summer of 2019. The job was affordable, and the process was fairly painless. Chris & his crew were professional, tidy, and conscientious in their work and interactions with our staff and tenants. Nothing but nice things to say about this company!

My home sustained wind damage. CityTop Roofing helped me navigate the insurance claim process, maintained professional communication with me and my insurance company, and completed the roof replacement quickly. After removing the two layers of existing shingles, the team discovered that my home had plank decking - a non-nailable surface. Note: due to having a finished attic space, they were unable to assess the roof decking from the interior. Therefore, the team had to unexpectedly install new OSB roof decking across the entire roof surface area. I highly recommend this company!

I would highly recommend City Top Roofing, they installed gutter guards and were very professional throughout the whole process from the quote to completion of the job. They provided pictures along with the quote and even made me aware of some chimney repairs (along with pictures) that I was not aware of. I really like that this was presented as informative and not like some sales pitch, however I will be contacting them to have these repairs done as I was most impressed with their professionalism, value, and quality of their work.

I am a very picky realtor, and even pickier homeowner. I have a mid century modern home with a very visible roof, as my property is hillside. The old roll roof was always high maintenance. I had to re-coat it with aluminum coating every couple years. I did a lot of research and asked a lot of professionals about silicone roof products and the distributor referred me to City Top. There is a lot more involved than just applying the silicone. My roof needed pressure washed, and a primer base coat to prevent the old roof color from bleeding through new silicone. Then they sealed every perforation and seam with sealant and then applied a pro grade light gray silicone roof coating. The roof’s appearance is gorgeous, and water literally beads off it. I highly recommend City Top. They are a top-notch company.

CityTop replaced my shingle roof after storm damage. The owner and project manager, Chris, was thorough in his communication with me, and the job was completed in one day. I highly recommend this company."

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Chris from Citytop to replace my roof. He was extremely responsive and professional throughout the entire process. His crew was fast, clean, and respectful the day the work was completed as well. Absolutely recommend working with Chris and Citytop more.
