Jerry went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He installed a new heating unit while we were on vacation. He even had a metal door made for us when our unit was missing one, and left us extra filters when he dropped it off.

We have always been happy with the quality work, the quick response and pricing of the services each time we have needed assistance with our heating and AC. We have had two AC units installed with Havens in two different houses and have been happy both times.

I called Jerry from a high rating search on Google. He answered 3 pm and came out the same day. He did a full diagnosis and informed as to what the issue was. Within a short time he gave the realities as to my trouble. As well as repair and replacement options. There was no BS. I chose to replace based info I got from him an 4 other businesses. Havens was the only one that showed me the problem instead of just saying so.

I told him how I wanted federal and state breaks on my product and he helped line me with with a product that has gotten me 1000 dollars back in those categories. LGE and federal.

He took the time to present me with options as well based on power consumption and other requirements I was seeking.

Not to mention my first bill came back at less than half of what the previous month was 1/3 of the previous year.

So in two weeks I've gotten 2000 back in rebates and instant bill savings. At that rate it will pay for itself within 1 year!!!

The time he was here which was very short, his turnaround is so fast! He was the only one truly professional one too. He had a full presentation. You just know he cares. He was kind and friendly to my dogs and to my daughter.

Havens Heating and cooling are quality committed professionals when it comes to the heating and cooling industry. Recently I had my air conditioner die and it was during a very worm spell. I called Havens heating and cooling to see if they could take a look and diagnose my problem. Not only did they respond in a timely manner, but they were also very knowledgeable in their diagnostic ability's as well as their instillation ability's.
One thing that really impressed me was that when they came out to do the repair they were so committed to get me up and running they stayed there till 11:00 in the evening to make sure that my ac was in good shape for the rest of the week.

Jerry provided great customer service. He was very knowledgeable about the needed and showed up on time and followed up as indicated. He even went above and beyond to make sure our project was complete even after our bill was paid. We look forward to working with Havens in the future.

It's almost impossible to find folks who provide service like Havens. My AC went off I had no idea what was wrong. They came, diagnosed, fixed things that had been wrong for years, got my AC back up in no time, left zero mess, were incredibly pleasant to work with, explained every detail and charged me a VERY fair rate. Jerry has taken care of us the last couple of years and is very honest and caring. During this recent cold snap he came quick and had our heat working in 24hrs of diagnosing ordering part and installation. He backs his work up also!
