I had a very positive experience with Crestwood Plumbing Co. when I developed a clogged drain in the basement bathroom sink. I was told by two plumbers the problem could be in the cast iron pipe under the basement floor. The plumber from Crestwood Plumbing who serviced the problem, Mark Doss, investigated the issue and told me he felt the solution was quite simple. In a few minutes Mark “snaked the drain” and the the water in the sink drained freely. He then suggested a couple of precautions we could use to prevent future problems. In total, my experience with Crestwood Plumbing was excellent, professional and very efficient. I highly recommend the company.

Cliff Porter was our service technician and he and an associate came out and completed the work that we needed and he contacted us afterwards to made sure everything was working perfectly. Jacob was my technician and did a great job. My whole experience with Crestwood plumbing was very professional and I would recommend them to others.

I spent nearly $20,000 with Crestwood in 2023 on a new air-conditioning heating system. I requested they come out last week and unplug the condensate trap drain. They agreed came out and could not get the trap unplugged. They charged me $160 and told me to go find someone else. I am quite upset that they stuck me with the service call after being a loyal patron to them. I guess they already got my money so no longer value me as a customer.

Called with a water heater that needed replaced. They got to me within 24 hours. Clean work and reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I had a clog in sink backing up in dishwasher that needed to be snaked. Jacob, a very nice, religious young man was able to take care of it for me and also replaced a leaking pipe and seal in sink drain, I wasn’t even aware I needed until he showed me how worn out it was.Very professional and friendly and reasonably priced for all he had to do. Recently had a plumbing issue. Tried to reach out to a company that I used in the past, but got their VM. I needed someone stat. Called Crestwood Plumbing that I used many years ago, and they sent someone out same day. Not only was this staff member of theirs extremely friendly, he was careful to clean up his work area, he was honest about something I thought I needed and saved me about $400. I could not have been happier from the initial call, to the fix. Now, I know who to call every time (hopefully not needed), but will call them and request Jake! Thanks Crestwood Plumbing, I couldn’t have made it through the weekend waiting for this repair!

Kyle showed up on time, was polite and positive and explained what he was going to do to fix the problem, what scenarios we might encounter and quoted the price prior to working.
