We were very pleased with the service and level of professionalism we experienced with Howe. We really appreciated how they didn't try to just tack on things we didn't really need just to make more money and how honest they were through the whole process. We asked a lot of questions, and they were so patient with us. They will definitely be our go to from here on out.

Folks, these guys are good. They are ones you can trust. Been taking care of my home and business for a long time and again today repaired my furnace at my shop today. And it is not your average furnace, but they got notification about my issue at 7:30am and by 12:00 not only had Kyle and Greg showed up but had it repaired. As I said, the guy's are good 👍👍👍👍

Our AC went out. Greg came out when scheduled and quickly determined it was going to be an easy fix. He was very pleasant and also gave us a tip on how to keep the unit running efficiently. I will definitely use them again.

The install went great! Beautiful unit, heat works great, don't know about the a/c yet. You might want to instruct your guys to clean their muddy footprints when they finish the job.

Cody didn’t take any shortcuts, took his time, and made sure to do a thorough investigation on our furnace issue. I recently had Howe Heating and Cooling come out to my house for a second opinion on service desperately needed of my 6 yr old A/C system that the 1st company that visited quoted me $2600 to fix in order to get back up and running. Howe heating and cooling not only came in at a 3rd of the price as the first company but also was able to perform the fix in the same day! A/C BACK ON!!! Their Customer service was nothing short of amazing! Their technician was nothing short of amazing! Their prices were nothing short of amazing! Highly recommendable, trusted company right here!!! I will only move forward with this company servicing any of my heating and air needs as I can’t thank them enough for getting our system back on in an incredibly fast and fair price timeframe!

We were very pleased with the service that was provided. Kyle and the crew were very professional and explained everything in great detail. Our new system was installed in a couple of hours and we had no mess to clean up. We definitely will be using them in the future and recommend them to anyone having HVAC issues.

Very professional. Documentation of the problem and what they did to fix it is fantastic and available online immediately following the service call. The ability to pay online is very convenient. I don't use anyone else for my home or my rental properties.

Wonderful experience, 2nd time calling to have Howe come out. First was for the AC and now for heating. Each time I have called they were able to come the next day. Both times they explained issue and any potential issues that may ooccur down the road (we have a old unit so it's likely to have issues, but no hassles on upsetting and replacing which other companies would do) Very reasonably prices . Couldn't be more satisfied with Howe ! Would refer to anyone !!

Greg was very communicative on when he would be available and when he was heading my way. Very helpful so that I was able to get other things done around the house! When he arrived, we walked the spaces together and he made sure I understood everything he was concerned about. At the end of the day, the best decision was to move forward with a new unit, something I was already prepared for, so it hurt a bit less. They were quick to respond, friendly and efficient. Couldn't ask for anything more!

The company sent a technician out quickly to look into the issue with the heat pump. He was able to find the issue, and will be will installing a new part. The technician was professional and did a good job keeping me updated. I would recommend using this company, they seem to be a honest company.

After purchasing a new home in October, our furnace was working very poorly through the winter. I called Howe Heating & Cooling for some routine maintenance to hopefully improve heating for our house. Howe made it out the next day. Greg was extremely professional and made it a priority to clearly communicate with me at every opportunity. He quickly identified that our 20 year old furnace had some major safety issues and needed to be replaced immediately, showing me pictures and clearly communicating what was going on. He transitioned to providing a quote with a few different options for replacement. As this wasn't a small purchase, I reached out and acquired 6 different quotes from other HVAC companies in the area. While they weren't the cheapest quote (cheaper quotes used lower quality components and didn't seem super professional), Howe had the most competitive offer with higher quality AC/Furnace equipment while also leaving the most professional impression of all of the companies I interacted with. My wife and I ended up settling on a full new furnace and AC install. Howe got us in for the install 2 days later. Ended up that the particular furnace we selected was out of stock, and Howe provided amazing customer service upgrading the furnace for free (smart modulating with a smart controller) to keep on the original schedule so my family could get warm as soon as possible. We are extremely happy with the service and the improved heating/cooling in our house. This is my highest recommendation for using Howe Heating and Cooling for any HVAC needs.
