Plumbing reviews in Edgewood, Kentucky

Service was excellent.

Great people very customer oriented

Knowledgeable, courteous and efficient.

One of the best places to get plumbing parts.

They seem to not be able to tell time. Closed and gone before 4:25 but close at 4:30.. Will go to another place horrible customer service..

As a maintenance man, this place is awesome. They stock OEM parts for all kinds of old faucets, toilets etc

Very helpful, great staff will point you in the right direction

After 4 trips to Lowes & Home Depot, out of SPP in 10 minutes. Had exactly what I needed for an older home. Even checked to what would be cheaper for me.
Awesome

Always have what I need when I need

They have either had or were able to get the part I needed every time. Parts counter rep is knowledgeable and helpful

So I had a plumbing issue and needed a part they didn't carry that particular brand ,however Mike went out of his way to piece together parts to repair what I had.He even took my broken part and repaired it for me.What great service. Thanks Mike

Excellent business! Matt Lonneman
Specialized Plumbing Parts Supply Was a pleasure to work with. My 1950's plumbing was leaking, I needed help diagnosing the stems I had taken out to repair. Matt knew exactly that the parts I needed were for Crane. I did the whole repair myself with a rebuild kit. Great prices, stocks hard to find items. I fixed my hot, cold and shower diverter. The kit came with the handles and everything. If you ever need to replace Crane bathtub and shower fixtures the hot and cold is standard plumbers wrench. The shower diverter was a challenge. I tried everything and what worked was a long 1 1/16 socket and socket wrench. I'm super excited my shower/bath is repaired and usable. I would definitely return and recommend Matt Lonneman
Specialized Plumbing Parts Supply.

I don’t leave reviews often but these guys really deserve it. You won’t meet a more knowledgeable and honest set of guys anywhere. There has been many times they could have upcharged me on odd plumbing parts I needed for different jobs but instead they took the extra mile to find me a different solution for much cheaper. There has also been many times they have had parts in stock that other supply houses don’t which is huge in the plumbing world when a projects got you in a pinch. As the saying goes” If they don’t have it, you don’t need it! “

This place is the best, just go here first and save a lot of hassle.

This company is a gem. If you need a plumbing part you'll find it here. Skip the Lowe’s or Home Depot and come here.
