I have used John Oliver for a little over 2 years now. He has installed 5 complete units so far and they are working as they should. This is the best customer service I have ever had from a contractor PERIOD. You will not go wrong with this company.

We had two old units on our place and had Oliver’s come out several times for repairs and eventually a full replacement on one of the units, as well as some warranty work. They always talked me through my options and were extremely responsive whenever i called them.

Oliver’s Heating and Air responded quickly. Gave me several options. Once the decision was made to install a new unit, they installed it professionally and quickly. Great company with great employees that go the extra mile..

Our family had the best experience working with Oliver’s Heating! They were quick and did an excellent job installing our mini-split unit for our trailer! Definitely will be calling them again!

They really went above and beyond. The guys were very polite and answered every question I have ever had about heating and air units. I felt like they didn't try to take advantage of us like previous companies have. Even their boss Billy came out to see about our units that we have had and see how the bo guys were doing. He even went above and beyond and went and put extra vents in for us. To help to take so much off of our unit. And needed more air flow in where the unit was on one part. They cleaned everything up and not left anything behind for us to clean up. With everything they did. We made sure we tipped all three guys for the work that they did for us. The two guys that came out their name was Austin and Aaron. I was very pleased with them. Even my husband commented on them. It was his ideal to tip the guys for the work that they did and how long they stayed out here and came out on a Saturday and worked all day until it was done

They are good and they didn’t care what the weather was. They came out and came right back and did a job rack. They Knew what they were doing and if you want to hire anybody to fix your furnace or anything you gotta do with havoc then you call these people. They are the greatest. All of Heating And Cooling is good.

Scheduled appointment quickly, was on time and let us know when he was close. Honest and knowledgeable about the unit. Put the hard start on the unit and since it didn’t help our issue he pulled it back off and did not charge us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My heat was blowing out cold air. I placed a call to Oliver's Heating and Air. Got an appointment for this morning. Aaron and Austin showed up ready to go to work. They fixed the problem with my unit. Austin braved the dark and went to work underneath the house and fixed some of the ductwork for me. They were both informative, friendly and very professional. This company isn’t just an HVAC service to me — they were a lifeline for my family. When my mom was alive and needed cool air just to breathe comfortably, they showed up without hesitation. They stayed for hours, working nonstop, making sure she had what she requiredto be able to stay home. They treated us with so much care and patience, like she mattered to them personally. I will never forget that.
What sets them apart is that they are always just a message away. Knowing I can reach out — even when I’m panicking and everything feels like it’s spiraling — brings me so much comfort. Billy responds quickly, talks me through it, and eases my mind, reminding me that everything is going to be okay. He’s not just a serviceman to me; he’s a friend.
Even now, when something goes wrong right before the weather turns unbearable, if needed, I feel that would still show up with the same urgency and compassion as previous visits. I feel like everyone is so important that we are all put on the urgent list and feel that way. Also he has lifted so much weight from me by taking care of me when I have been the most desperateas a pay it forward. The kindness, integrity, and humanity he/they shows go far beyond a service call.
What he/they have done for my family means more than words can fully express. They gave my mom comfort when she needed it most, and he/they continues to look out for me in ways I will always be forever grateful for. Oliver's is my GO TO for all my fears, issues, concerns, and FLAT out anxiety whoas. They as a company are exceptional. Honest. Affordable. Top tier. I could NEVER Thank them enough.

I had a wonderful experience with Oliver‘s heating and air. They came out on one of the coldest nights so far and fixed our furnace and replaced the thermostat. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained what he did. They even called the next day to see how it was going.

I could not be happier with my new heat and air unit. Mr. Oliver and his workers were so respectful and kind. My old furance went out in the middle of January. I called Oliver's and they were at my house in no time and the price was so good I just replaced everything. They even call ever so often to just check to make sure everything is running good. Best in the business and highly recommend them.

My house has 2 separate heating and cooling systems. Had one system replaced 2 years ago and it is working just fine. Had second system replaced recently and it to is working as it should. Both installations were done timely and professionally. Got no problems here and I will continue to use Oliver's for my future heating and cooling needs.

Called them and they were at our house in a timely manner on the same day. They found the problem (which was really 4 issues) they fixed it same the day. They were so nice and courteous. Some companies may have told us we needed a new unit. But not them. They fixed us right up and within a reasonable price! They even checked on us to make sure it was doing ok after it was fixed. 5 star service for sure.

Oliver’s replaced our HVAC in July 2024, our system was old and inefficient. They came out late June and gave us a quote. We scheduled after reviewing all quotes and comparing scope of work and type of equipment. They showed up as promised and had our system up and running by midday, the new system was so effective we were able turn the thermostat up higher than normal. In July of 2025 I contacted them about upgrading all of our old duct work, in August this was completed as scheduled. I would highly recommend Oliver’s for not only the competitive pricing but the professional manner in which everything was handled!

We have dealt with Oliver’s Heating and Cooling for years. They have been the most dependable, courteous, great customer service team we have ever used. When you call, they promptly reply. It doesn’t matter the problem or weather, Mr. Oliver is always ready to help and here when they say they will be. They have put two units in for us and our church. Mr. Oliver always gives us good advice and we trust him.

I had just bought a house for the first time and was having ac issues. I had a couple of companies come out and look at it before hearing about how amazing Oliver's was. They came out that very day, the owner himself. He diagnosed the issue and explained exactly what I needed, which was far more than the othet companies did. My new unit was delivered and installed within a couple of days. Haven't had any issues since. They are very honest and professional. I will definitely be using them for any future heating and cooling issues.

Have had Oliver's repair old heat and air, they came the same day. We decided to get a totally new system and had a wonderful experience. We received text messages checking tonsee if we were happy after our installation. During this snowstorm we had issues with ournheat (user error) and they were going to come the same day to fix at no charge. All the guys are professional, very friendly and knowledgeable. We will remain customers of Oliver's and will recommend them to everyone.

You can't find a better mom n pop HVAC shop than Oliver's. Down to earth people, not out to get you like the rest of these high $$$ companies just looking to make money and not fix the issue. We had Olivers out to our home last spring to install a new condenser & fix our dryer vent and bathroom fan lines that weren't properly ran from the previous owners. They were on time, very respectful & courteous. John, Billy, and their crew couldn't have done a better job. Highly recommend!!!

I am very pleased with Olivers heating & cooling.They replaced my old worn out 27 year old Rudd furnace & air system with a new Comfort maker energy efficient gas furnace with a 2 1/2 ton 15.2 seer two central air unit.Billy and his crew did a nice neat job on the install. They cleaned up afterwards and left everything as clean as it was before they arrived.We highly recommend (Olivers heating & cooling )
