So happy with our new home. Would recommend Keystone construction. Dexter and Chip were very good to work with. They had great ideas and referred us to quality people for sub contract work to be done. They were always helpful with the many questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Keystone Construction worked with us to design and build our shop, an addition to "Paul's Place". Dexter was available to us 24/7. For me the real difference is the fact that Keystone real listens to their customers, and treats them like partners in the process. Let me tell you it's pretty nice to have a partner that has all of the answers. A big thank you to everyone that we worked with during our build.

First off I’d like to thank Craig and the entire crew at Keystone ( and God and my Wife) for making my dream come true. The entire process from first contact to completion was incredibly smooth, honest and upfront in every detail. Even with that my garage exceeded my vision and expectations!! The included photos do not include the interior which is just as incredibly well built. The quality in every detail is second to none in my personal opinion. Never in my life did I believe this was a possible reality and I truly am grateful. Thank you all at Keystone!

We had the BEST experience with Keystone!! They built our DREAM retirement shop!! Klark Miller was the BEST to work with,always available 24/7 and incredible customer service! The crew was hard working, excellent skills, and professional!! Thanks for making our vision turn into reality!!

Construction of the garage was good. Cleanup buy the workers could be better. The concrete pad should have been tapered towards the two garage roll-up doors. As a result, rain water seeps underneath the doors. Overall, I'm satisfied with the job. I wired the entire building myself.

3 stars because we have our barn, its finally finished and it's really pretty.

Getting to this point though was quite exhausting.

The pole barn construction started at the end of July, it was finally finished last week.

Constant delays, workers just not showing up, additional costs that were not in the initial quote (almost half was refunded for that particular cost). The work itself was flawed. Incorrectly installed support beam and concrete that cracked the day it was poured.

Our project manager went MIA for weeks during all this.

At the end of the day, we have a huge, beautiful barn but I wouldn't recommend this company until they found different subcontractors.

The building turned out beautiful. A few issues like windows leaking and had to have some pieces of metal replaced because they were originally put on wong. They fixed the metal and put silicone on the windows. Price was about average for the area, the colors were spot on for what we wanted. Update: So windows became a problem again, when they built the building someone decided not to flash the windows so I had to pay another company to come out and fix the windows correctly. It cost me $3500 extra for something I had already paid them to do. Before I hired the new company I called Keystone about getting this issue fixed, someone came out and put more silicone on the windows and added flashing to the bottom of the window on the outside, didn't actually fix the problem. When I asked about fixing the issue completely they were talking about having to cut the windows out and get new windows etc and that it would take a long time and how we should just try to make it work with what they have done so far. Well after i researched i learned this wouldnt fix my issue and would just cause it to happen slower. I was also told by the building contractor how they never flash windows but then someone else said they do and just forgot it on my house. So I'm not sure if I was just unlucky or if this is standard practice for this company but if you use them just know to keep an eye on the building and double check everything.

Only keystone employee that showed up was a delivery guy. They just send contractors that you could hire yourself. They were supposed to concrete the building but backed out. Had that done myself a week later, no problem. Left material and promised to come and clean up(never came). Only time you’ll hear from them is when they want their money and they’ll hound you to death for it even if they haven’t shown up in 3 weeks to do any work.
